I have no business with this company and yet they rang my doorbell numerous times and let themselves in my backyard without permission and without anyone home. the number on the truck is disconnected as well or is just set to give you a busy tone. I called at 4:00 p.m. on a Wednesday to request haul-away for a broken ping-pong table, a storage cabinet, a sattelite dish, etc... Most companies I called had no availability until at least the following week. The gentleman I spoke with at Rocky Mountain Haul It All was very polite and said he would endeavor to get this picked up by about 10:00 a.m. the next morning, even though we were out of his usual location range (several companies did not service Parker at all). This company (or guy?) is a pure SCAM. I called on a Wednesday afternoon inquiring about the price to move a 2-person sofa and their next availability, which seemed excellent, so I asked to set an appointment ASAP. The guy was initially super nice on the phone and noted that the next earliest date for my area would be the upcoming Friday (2-day wait, not to bad!). I orally confirmed. He kindly asked me to text him my address since he was driving at the time and therefore could not take down any of my information. Accordingly, I did. I confirmed not only the date, time and location -- but also the price via writing. It seemed as though we were all set and I was super excited! However, the guy FAILED TO SHOW UP WITHOUT NOTICE -- TWICE! The first time, on that Friday, I was literally scrounging to get off work early in order to be home at the 3:00 timeframe. I successfully got home and waited for about 15-minutes before texting him and asking about his whereabouts. I figured he might be lost as my apartment complex can be confusing. As such, I also asked if he needed help finding my apartment complex. He replied right away and told me flat out that he was not coming because he "forgot his child had a school function that evening" and emphasized that he couldn't text me to cancel because he "forgot to save my phone number." Obviously I was a bit irritated and frustrated simply because I had put in so much effort to get off work early that day (and took some heat from my boss about it). Additionally, I was hosting a small party at my place that next evening and wanted the couch out by that time so I could host people more comfortably on my new, large couch. However, I understand life gets in the way so I told him it wasn't a big deal and asked if he could come that next morning around 7 AM to accommodate (acknowledging that it was really early for a weekend). Yet again, he apologized and agreed/confirmed to come the next morning (Sat) in order to make up for failing to show up without notice (on Fri). Specifically, he said "yes, thank you for being flexible." That next morning, I specifically woke up earlier then normal (around 4:30 AM) to start getting ready, preparing for the party and to move the sofa closer to the door entrance to allow easier access for him. It literally would've taken under 5-minutes and I was attempting to make it as easy as possible for this guy. Contrarily, you guessed it!! This guy failed to show up AGAIN without notice AGAIN! So, instead of texting him this time asking for his whereabouts, I decided I had been scammed and would have to deal with the sofa in the apartment for the party. I let it go. I SHOULD HAVE STOPPED HERE. Finally, for whatever reason, I randomly (and regrettably) thought that maybe a third time would be the charm. I am a firm believer in giving additional chances and really needed the help so I text him a week or two later and asked if he could come help as I still needed assistance. This time, he just failed to reply at all. I was not surprised but still not sure what I ever did to this man to make him treat me so awful. I truly tried to give this man chance after chance. Particularly because there was one good Yelp review and he seemed so nice up front. However, he does not take this job/business seriously and obviously works on his own time and forgets to save client contacts time and time again. I debated writing this review because he is truly NOT WORTH ANY MORE OF MY TIME, but I weighed against it because I do not want others to see the ONE good Yelp review below and automatically trust him. Especially if you're a single woman like myself who is desperately in need of help in this regard and sadly has to rely him/these kind of people for help simply because we cannot physically move the furniture ourselves. It's sad that our only options are to either pay hundreds of dollars for help that will take less than 5-minutes, or to deal with this cra*! I mean, I don't even know this guy and now he has my address, number, etc. -- FOR NOTHING. Moral of the story -- it has been about a month and I am now back to square one. I'm going to just pay the extra money for a reputable and reliable company, however painful, just like I should've done in the beginning. read more

These three guys at Rocky Mountain Haul It All were amazing. They cleaned out three full trucks of furniture and junk in a matter of a few hours and left the house swept clean. We set up the service while outside the country and the communication both during the initial stages and while on the job couldn't have been better. Everything was sorted, donated or recycled with a goal of reusing as much as possible. They were completely professional and I highly recommend them. read more

My sister recently passed away leaving a house and huge basement storage area full of furniture and stuff. We were overwhelmed as had to have it out. We hired Rocky Mountain Haul It All and in a manner of 3 hours they had every thing cleaned out and swept clean as a whistle. The three young men who hauled were clean cut, professional, extremely pleasant and very flexible as we kept adding things. Their price was more than reasonable. When we discovered that two chairs that went with a dining set had accidentally been taken, I contacted them and they were able to retrieve them for us from the Salvation Army where we asked that donatable items be taken. We highly recommend them and will be telling all our friends. read more
