He navigated us through various areas where we were able to see bears, bison, antelope, big horned sheep, and nesting osprey and swans. The van was roomy with big windows, perfect for seeing the sights. The lunch spread was perfect and he made sure to accommodate bathroom breaks and anything specific we wanted to try and see. Today was an excellent way to end our visit to West Yellowstone National Park. We had a private guided, day-long tour. Our tour guide, Adriana, was amazing. We were immediately comfortable with her the second we met. She provided a wealth of comfortable accommodations ( cushioned seats in the van, snacks, drinks including coffee, water and hot chocolate). She had binoculars and a scope that she quickly and easily set up for us at "hot spots" with foxes, bears, osprey, prong horn antelope,etc). Not only that, she took videos and photographs for us with her camera and the scope. Sometimes, I stayed in the van, but I was wide awake during the entire tour. Normally, I nap on and off when I have the backseat to myself. This time, I was engaged the entire tour. I was enjoying just listening to the range of conversations Maggie and Adriana had about just about every topic Yellowstone and beyond. If I wasn't chiming in on their conversations, I was peppering Adriana with questions that I had of my own. She was more than fun to talk with - she was a wealth of historical and contemporary Yellowstone information - fact and folklore. And, she was funny. Time went quickly. And, I'm definitely going to explore some of the topics she shared with us further when we get home. Never underestimate the value of a funny, smart, caring, personable tour guide with binoculars and a scope! Oh! And, Adriana knew where all the "cushy" restrooms were in the Park!! My wife and I loved how easy it was to pop up the top (seriously takes 5 seconds to put up and take down) without the hassle of needing to tow a trailer. It was also plenty warm in the top at night, and we loved being able to store our gear in the cab that we could access without needing to get out. The Jeep was super clean and we really appreciated the cooler and folding chairs that Alyssa had in the Jeep all ready for us when we picked up the car. We didn't need to do any offroad driving but the Jeep handled great on the roads, even at highway speed. Thanks a ton Hatch for a great experience, can't wait to use one of these sweet setups again in the future.

No lines, no asking if we wanted to prepay gas, and we got exactly the vehicle we rented. Tok less than 2 minutes to pick up the vehicle. They even texted us when we landed to let us know where to pickup. Vehicle was in good condition, clean and full of gas. We ended up going into Yellowstone after a few snowy days, the vehicle was great. It was also good for driving to some hikes near Big Sky where off-roading was necessary.
