Usually something minty. I have the fruity-flowery ones in my guest baths. There are many unscented soaps, as well as the newly popular charcoal. The body lotion bars are all the rage now. For Alberta's dry climate, these are essential. There are sugar scrubs too for hands and body. You can also buy their special soap dishes to prevent the bar from getting gooey. The first time I used the soap, I was amazed at the scent, and how clean my body felt, but I knew they had me for life because of what it did for my son and for his esteem. My son suffered from really bad ashen skin and every day and I mean EVERY day, I had to lotion his skin, I even had to send lotion to school with him. I say HAD to because all of that changed with B&B Soaps. As soon as he washed his hands, he would have to apply lotion or he would come home with hands so dry they were white and unattractive. He never took off his gloves and always wanted to wear long sleeves because he was so conscious of his dry skin, but not anymore! He is a living testimony of the awesomeness of all of their products. Now, don't get me started on their candles. Lord! From the moment I lit the first candle, I was already ordering another one! It's so wonderful when I have visitors come to visit and outside of my door, I am met with "wow, your house smells great!" You see, I love to light a candle in the mornings while I work but I was beginning to get a bit turned off the ones on the market because the scents are so strong. After I had my son, I found that I didn't like strong scents but now, thanks to B&B Soap Company, I can get back to having my candles burning during the days. The little things that give me great pleasure. Listen, you can read my review and think it's great, but my advice, try their products. From soaps, to hand lotions to lip balms, candles and oh I forgot, their shampoo and conditioner!!! My son loves to wash his hair now and the constant itchy scalp is gone. I had lots of ideas and questions so I asked the 2 young ladies but they completely disregarded me and continued talking even when I said Excuse me and they just ignored me. I Hope they DONT work on commission, or Maybe they just make a salary and Do Not Care about customers or any kinds of Customer Service. My mind honestly was blown away. If I acted like this, I wouldn't have a job. I went further inside the store and stood in line at the register and the bubbly and kind Asian cashier answered my questions about anti aging and about their enchanted Eye cream! Half of my battle was done and so when I asked her to point me towards that area of this Wonderful enchanted Eye Cream, she did not respond with directions. She walked away to her associates who ignored me and then told me she was Off the clock and the girl who previously ignored me attempted to help me. Why was she blowing me off when she just Could have said pointed me in the direction of the cream instead of passing me off to someone who Clearly Did Not want to Help me. So, if she said they have hair products listen to her and not to me! I did find some lip-gloss and like I mentioned before I think the ingredients are more natural based. In the world we live in where the FDA has only rejected nine ingredients from make-up and cleansing products while other ingredients are actually toxic, it's nice to find something out there that is natural based. Their store was very well kept and their staff members were really nice and encouraged you to look around and if you had any questions about the products they were happy to answer them. There was one woman who was asking about one of their creams and the girl who was helping her out seemed to really know her stuff. The face wash was $16, which is kind of expensive, but I am willing to pay this amount, because I have sensitive skin, and The Body Shop is supposed to use safer ingredients than other companies. I've also been on the lookout for a powder brush. Some of the nice ones I've seen by Smashbox or MAC cost $60. I noticed The Body Shop has some brushes, and it said they were "award winning." I tried out the powder brush, and it was incredibly soft--softer than any other brush I've tried. It was also only $26, so I decided to get it. When I went to pay, the girl said I could get a makeup bag with four sample products for only $5. It came with mascara, shiny lip gloss, moisturizer creme, body wash, and a coupon ($10 off my next purchase of $40). The bag was nice too, so I decided to get it. Apparently, it's a $35 dollar value, but I'm not so sure about that. She also gave me a free sample of a new kind of foundation and a coupon for a free Body Butter with my next purchase. I was really happy with my purchases and all the extra cool stuff I got.

The butter does wonders for extremely dry, winter beaten hands. They smell great and they last a long time. After a whole day I can still smell trances of it on my skin. I really think you get your moneys worth when you pick but the body butters. My favorite ones are the mango, the strawberry and the orange smelling one (Satsuma). The bigger containers are about $20.00 but since you don't need to use too much at one time and how you don't need to keep reapplying so one container actually lasts a long time. They also have these great little papers that you can use to take away the oil on your face if you have really oily sink. It also helps to reduce shine (which is probably caused by the oil... right?). I also love the perfume oils they have; the Satsuma is really nice, but my favorite is the White Musk. The staff is really nice and always helpful. I usually go to the Kingsway Garden Mall location but I also like the West Edmonton Mall location... I didn't know they had stores on both the first and second level (both by the ice rink).
