Placed 5 bottles of alcohol on the counter; however, after I returned home, I found a missing bottle of alcohol was replaced with a bottle of alcohol I did not put on the counter. Store blamed me for the replacement; however, I'm not sure how I can be to blame when the last two individuals that handled the alcohol was the cashier and a second employee that put the bottles in a carryout box. Nice try. Dishonest. I can purchase the same alcohol at $2 per bottle cheaper elsewhere, and with free shipping. Don't need to drive the distance for dishonest individuals. Thank the employees for the wakeup call.

I was looking for Pappy Van Winkel which o k ew was almost impossible to find, after speaking with Jeremy I came home with 2 bottles of Calumet Bourbon one a 17 yr. Old and one 18. I gave the 17 yr. Old to my husband and the 18yr. old as the gift both recipients were very happy with the bottles! The store had everything and more! I was even able to get Pimm's Gin, which is incredibly hard to find, in the state of Ohio at least! I will go definitely go back and support this store as much as I can!

The self-checkout machines are awful. They constantly tell you to do something you've done already,…read moreto not remove the bag/s from the bagging area even if the bagging area has zero room left, and various other commands that do not make sense. There is supposed to be an attendant, but the attendant is not always available to constantly deal with the machine. One manager I spoke to, who was running a conventional register, acted put out that I was complaining about this. I've experienced this now several times so if there is long lines at the conventional registers I will just move on out of the store and shop elsewhere. In fact if there are lines at the conventional checkouts when you arrive, my advice is to turn around and head elsewhere.
