We passed it a couple times around the block as we had no idea it was pretty much a garage like location built on a house. It's such a cool idea and very comfortable, relaxing environment. They had great beer choices! The coffee blonde was amazing and we also enjoyed the coconut beer. I closed my eyes and imagined the waves on my feet. The buffalo wrap was amazing and the tater tots are something to talk about! You can customize your tots or just get them plain. Overall, we will be back!

Sampled a few before deciding on the 25,000 Lights Christmas beer. It has a smooth subtle spiced flavor, much less obnoxious than many other Christmas ales. Everything from 0.0% to stouts, sours, shandys and IPA's. This place cranks out more varieties than you can think of. My faves the Turbo Shanty Citrus Ale a smooth light citrus based ale made for day drinking but watch out it packs a punch at 7.0% ABV. I also liked the Gangster Frog IPA. Another easy drinking though slightly spicy (think HOPS) IPA clocking in at 7.5% ABV. Pace yourself as many of their brews carry a higher alcohol content than you often see. Popular watering hole it can get crowded but all are friendly and welcoming. You may see the owner wandering about as well. He loves to mingle with the crowd.

They would also have a food table of snacks like meatballs, cheese and crackers, fruit, etc. They fell off my "wine radar," but in July we were driving by. I stopped in to buy some wine and inquired about their wine tastings. I found out that they have wine tastings Sept-May, every Friday, from 4:30-7pm, for $12. I stopped in for their first fall tasting last night at 6:10pm. They had 5 wines (bottle prices were: two $10, two $20 and one $50). I work in Akron till 5, don't get home till 5:45, so 6:10 was the earliest I could ge there. However, even with 50 minutes left (1/3 of their tasting session), they had no food left. There had been meatballs, cheese and crackers and fruit. For all of you that regularly go to wine tastings, each of their 5 pours were half the size of Top Shelf Liquor's pours (Top Shelf has Friday 5-7 wine tastings). It ended up being $14 vs. Top Shelf's $5. So due to the small pours and high price and no food left, I won't be back. Plus when I went to pay, the register said $14.91, but they said it would be $15.90 something. I said tax on $14 is less than $1, so that was incorrect. He still said it was $15.90. Then after calculating 6.5% manually on $14 on a calculator and the result being 91, he said it was $14.91. So they tried to overcharge me twice. At least we had a nice time at a friend's house drinking wine afterwards.
