He did a great job at first but the ending was unfortunately a bummer.

It's outdoor work that is highly influenced by weather; they don't need access to the home so really most work can be done when it fits their schedule. When we called GWF, I was getting a little concerned myself because the estimate was rescheduled a few times but I'm glad I stuck it out and based on the work I would not hesitate to call them again. The quote was reasonable - a little more than our lowest quote but a few hundred beneath the highest. We signed their contract on the spot though because I felt Gordon honest and upfront over the phone with me and in-person with my husband. They were also able to accommodate our needs and actually took the tree down sooner than we expected. Another company told me it would take at least 4 hours of work and his crew had it down and cleaned up in two. Aside from a missing tree and some scattered wood chips, you really would never know they had been in the yard. I'll actually probably be calling them this fall for some tree trimming.
