Things to consider: (1) Covid prevention protocol is virtually non-existent for a medical office. They ask a few questions at time of booking but no follow up screening on the day of appointment, no 2m distancing established for waiting patients, no noticeable sanitization in between handling patients, payments, etc (2) Full upfront payment required for ordering glasses, contacts - this is new and significant because the wait time to receive the product has increased so you are out of cash but without the product for a longer time. (3) The time estimate they give you for receiving your glasses is not close to accurate. In one case 5-10 days has become over a month and we still do not have the product. In another case, 5-10 days is now over a couple weeks and counting. It is possible that their labs may be backed up but providing a realistic heads up or following up appropriately would be nice considering that the waiting patient is coping with less than ideal vision in the interim. New patients should plan to get their eyeglass prescription filled at LensCrafters, Costco, or other more expedient providers if time is a factor.

Dr…read more Kloepfer recommended I get 4 Forma Radio Frequency (RF) as well as Lumecca Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatments. My first treatment was done in January 2026, administered by a very skilled and gentle-mannered young woman named Hannah. She talked me through everything she was going to do, and made sure I was comfortable with the heat of the RF and the strength of the IPL pulses. Once she was done, she gave my face a wonderful, soothing massage. After this she called on Dr. Kloepfer to express the ducts along the edges of my eyelids. That's when he showed me which areas of my eyelids were in good functioning order, and which were blocked or atrophied. It gave me a good understanding of the condition of my eyes and how the further 3 treatments would improve my condition. I have now completed my treatments and am very happy with the results. The offices are really nice and have a modern look and feel. They layout seems a little odd but you always have someone directing you around so you can't get lost. The doctors have changed over the years but I've always had a great exam with each. The only reason I'm deducting a star is because of price. The exam itself is $110 compared to around $75 for a standard exam. I wear Acuvue Advanced contact lenses and Health Plus charges $40 per box. Clearly Contacts charges $32.99, a pretty big difference.

I liked this new structure and promptly replied "1" exactly as asked. A week later I get the same text and figured something may have glitches. No problem: replied "1" again. I show up 5 minutes before my appointment time today and am told I don't have an appointment. I show the receptionist my text messages and responses. She says they didn't get them and thus canceled my appointment. She then asks the doctor if they can fit me in and they say they can't. WTAF I am so pissed off as I took the morning off work for this.

There was also no pressure to buy contact lenses from her office. I bought the amount that I wanted and she gave me my glasses prescription to shop around with. They also direct bill your insurance!
