Finally, after a couple of years of looking the other way, I phoned "Mr. Stucco" and "Les" came to my home, covered everything with plastic tarps and proceeded to cheerfully fix it. By the time he'd finished, you'd never know there was ever any problem. The ceiling looked new: fresh, white and perfect. Les cleaned up everything, so it was like there had never been a mess.
