A man named Bill told me that he would come the next day around 1:00 pm to do the job. Bill never showed up for the job. Nor did he call to cancel. I called and left a message asking if he was running behind. No reply. I called twice more through the afternoon and evening. Still no reply. I also sent an email. Never heard a thing. If a company doesn't want to do the job, just say so. Don't make a booking and then back out with zero communication. My entire day was wasted at home when I could have been doing other things. Very disappointed.

We settled on a cost and I gave him a deposit of $2000.00 to confirm and order shingles. It is now Nov. 29th and no shingles. I have called over 50 times to get a hold of him. Left messages, no call back. Went to his address, guy there said he doesn't live there. Will be talking to police to see what my options are. Possible fraud charges. DO NOT USE MCLEAN ROOFING.

It wasn't an emergency so i was given time to plan a date so long as supply was available. Thought the day after forcast would be nice, and next morning they arrived. The roofers work flowed quickly, they cleaned up nails etc., were safety conscient, and were done by the time they estimated. All communication was done through Yelp msg, emailed estimate holds true, outside of the unpredictable, I am happy with the colour i chose, the product, and the warranty.

I had a leaking roof due thunderstorm last week. I called several roofing service in state of…read morepanic. REAL BLUE ROOFING were the only one to respond and inspect the leaking roof. They did mutiple attmepts to fix this, however due to bad weather they couldnt. They didnt charge me for those visit. They only charge me when they were able to sucessful fix the shingles of my leaking roof. They are very resonable and honest in dealing. I would recommend their services to everyone. Just trust them and see how good they are.
