When I asked about the clutch, he told me that adjusting it would probably make it worse. When I got it home there was NO COOLANT in it. They put in a new MAP sensor that I didn't need. So they had my vehicle for four and half months, didn't bother to work on it at all and charged my partner $800! When I wrote him an email and asked that he make it right, he tried telling me that it had a different engine than the original but it definitely did not. My mom bought it brand new. She and I have been the only owners.....Suffice it to say that I believe he intended to rip me off from the beginning. They are completely dishonest. I wanted to make an appointment, but he said to just come down in the morning. We went the next morning and after waiting over an hour for the car to get into the shop, they said they found the same code I had shared with them the previous night and that I needed to take it to a dealer. Had just moved my shop to the area and my forklift had developed quite a fluid leak. It looked bad…read more I called and asked if they work on forklifts and, if so, could they send someone out. They said yes to both and they could have a service tech leave in the next ten minutes! Wow! Tony arrived in just a few minutes and got to work to find the leak. It wasn't coming from any of the "usual" places, so he kept looking further. He discovered that the seal on the radiator cap wasn't good and allowing coolant to blow by. The radiator fan was blowing the water all over the place. He handed me the old cap and suggested a store to go get one. Since I'm capable of that, I gladly paid the bill for 90 minutes of his time and replaced it myself. All is good and no more leaks. I appreciate the very quick response, the "stick to it" attitude by Tony, and the honesty when he figured out what it was. For that, only five stars will do and I'll call this company again in the future..
