I would have stayed here but there was limited availability and the price was more than I wanted to pay. Apparently, there was a Morgan Wallen concert at nearby Clemson University that same weekend, as well as other local events. The main lobby area was nice and cozy with lots of seating. This hotel has a nice indoor pool. The breakfast area looked nice as well. The front desk staff was very friendly. I would love to stay here in the future should I return to this area.

I checked in and the front desk clerk was very nice. I went to the room opened the door and was hit with a horrific stench. To be honest it was a smoking room which I had requested but this smell was in another level of gross. The place was dark dingy and falling apart. I sat on the bed and tried to make the best of it but just couldn't take it. I left after 30 min. I checked out at the front desk and briefly explained the problems. I told them that I understood if they needed to charge me for the night and left. A few days later I noticed they charged me for THE FULL 4 DAY STAY, even though5t I was only there 30 MINUTES!! I complained to Travelocity sending pictures of why left but the management of the hotel refused to refund the 3 extra days. Shameful and disappointing. I expected better from the Quality Inn brand. I will never stay at a Quality Inn again.

All of the check-in and out procedures go through someone working virtually. I will not be staying here again unless I absolutely have to. I would also argue that the use of technology in this way at this location benefits the manager or host more than the customer. Also, due to this setup, you can only purchase drinks and snacks that are offered in the lobby with cash, since there is no one there to accept a card.

It was probably the cleanest public bathroom I've ever seen. It seemed to have been cleaned right before we got there because the smell of cleaning supplies was out the door! No paper towels to dry our hands but there was an electrical dryer. There is a changing table also that is similar to the ones you find at airports (not the hanging plastic one). Outside, there are multiple vending machines as well as tables and benches to eat on. The whole area is very well kept. The organization that is managing this area is doing such a great job!
