I finally had another contractor go up and take a look to see why it leaks. Looks like lots and lots of caulk but no flashing. Customer service is a NEGATIVE 2! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! BEWARE! Now the pool company has advised that because of the labored performance it can cause issues with a new system.
