As a person who has dealt with some severe allergy issues for years and been to numerous allergy…read moreclinics, I feel like I can write with a fair bit of authority here. Dr. Palmer, well, he is ok. Doctors are doctors and they are better than everyone, right? It's his support staff of nurses, techs and nurse practitioner Nancy who make this clinic run smoothly and such a wonderful place to come for treatment. I love the way they do their allergy testing. It is so much more thorough and safe than other places I have been. They don't just do the scratch tests, they do individual injections of a tiny microscopic drop of each serum. It takes a lot longer, but it is way more accurate. For food allergies, they sent me for RAST tests beause they have a policy that skin tests for food allergies can be too dangerous. I am currently undergoing a 3-5 year immunotherapy treatment plan. For you inexperienced (lucky) un-allergic folks, that is weekly allergy shots to hopefully reduce or cure my symptoms. I go to the clinic once or twice a week and get two shots each visit, one in each arm. Allergy shots are very expensive, even with insurance, but this clinic makes it affordable and lets you carry a balance and pay it off in bits as you go along. They wouldn't deny you your shot if you couldn't pay that day. I never thought I could get allergy shots because of the cost but this clinic made it possible for me. Their hours for shots are on a walk-in basis and I have never had to wait. I walk in, sign in and I am always called back to be injected before I even have a chance to sit down. In and out and back to work in no time, I love it. Another big plus to this office is that down the road there is a potential option to continue your treatment from home by giving yourself the injection and only coming into the office periodically for check ups and supplies! If you suspect you have allergies, get tested at Dr. Palmer's office. If you already know you have allergies and want to get better, consider immunotherapy. It will change your life.

Our orthodontist assured me he was referring us to one of the best in Utah -- a surgeon who performs this type of surgery multiple times a week. With ease, we scheduled our consultation and met with Dr. Stosich. My first impression? Not only does this guy have a passion for what he does, he does an EXCELLENT job at it. He is so knowledgeable, it's actually moving. He immediately made my son and me feel at ease and explained everything every step of the way. I'll always remember the day of surgery. My only child going in for jaw surgery?! I felt like I should have been more nervous, but honestly, I just felt like we were in such good hands. I remember thinking that even if a problem were to arise, my son was with the best possible surgeon to handle it. As soon as the surgery was finished, Dr. Stosich came and found me in the hospital. He told me how well everything had gone and that I would soon be able to see my son. As he walked away, I noticed him taking a moment to say hello to people he knew throughout the hospital. It was such a small thing, but it stuck with me. He is incredibly personable and just an all-around great guy. Dr. Stosich operates multiple times per week and has patients who come from all over. His passion for helping people really shows. He doesn't just perform jaw surgeries, either -- his expertise goes far beyond that. Driving 1.5 hours each way doesn't bother me one bit when I know my son is truly seeing a specialist who knows what he's doing and does the job right. Thank you so much, Dr. Stosich, for taking such great care of my son! Anyone considering Dr. Stosich -- don't hesitate. You'll be in excellent hands!

He walked me through the entire process and post-op visits, and he's a genuinely nice, easygoing person who communicates clearly and puts you at ease. His office was also very accommodating, especially considering I traveled from out of state for the surgery. This would have been a 5/5 experience, but unfortunately I ran into issues with the office handling the required paperwork for state disability benefits. Despite following up more than 15 times via email and phone and receiving multiple assurances that it would be taken care of, the paperwork was never filed, which resulted in me losing my state disability benefits (up to $1000). While the office handled my medical insurance and short-term disability insurance without issues, state disability paperwork seems to be different, and this part was not managed successfully. I feel little sorry for them because of so much paperwork they had to do for my case, and they are not used to work with different states disability benefits, but I tried my best for them providing all the neccessary information and help them to file necessary papers. From a surgical and clinical standpoint, I highly recommend Dr. Stosich. I just wish the administrative side, particularly state disability paperwork, had been handled with the same level of care. I was a bit of a special case coming from out of state, so I don't expect most patients to have issues on the administrative side.

COUNTERFEIT WARNING!!! If you were injected by Steven P. Jepson in Murray, Utah, get imaging!…read more ILLEGAL COUNTERFEIT substances were injected into me. I'm suspicious of what Steven P. Jepson, M.D., in Utah injected into my midcheeks at his med spa. He said the fillers he injected into my midcheeks are hyaluronic acid and dissolvable. Imaging would later reveal illegal silicone in my midcheeks. How did this get into my face? This permanent silicone was injected into me against my will and knowledge. Facial silicone is illegal. This liquid silicone was injected into my face illegally. Based on Steven Jepson's sketchy behavior following his injections, I am suspicious of what exactly he injected into me. During approximately 13 separate sessions, excessive chemical was injected into my midcheeks to try to remove the fillers Steven Jepson injected. Multiple doctors were unable to chemically break down the fillers. Because I was told by Steven Jepson that he injected hyaluronic-acid filler, and because the fillers were NOT breaking down, that allowed excess chemical to be injected into me -- trying to break down his filler. The natural structure of my entire face was destroyed by the excess chemical. The excess chemical spread throughout my body, and I experienced severe bodily harm. Not knowing silicone is located in my midcheeks, I contacted Steven Jepson via email. I informed him of the unsuccessful attempts to remove the fillers he injected. He then mailed a refund check to me for the fillers. But when I asked to speak with him over the phone, he refused. And when I emailed Steven P. Jepson questions regarding trying to chemically.break down his fillers, he was evasive and would not answer my questions. This made me more suspicious of what exactly he injected into me. I then requested and received his medical record. After receiving the medical record, he sent an email to me stating that he would no longer speak with me, and that if I have any questions, I can speak with his insurance company. Insurance companies provide lawyers to represent doctors in legal cases. This raised serious concerns of what exactly Steven Jepson injected into me. Furthermore, I was in need of medical care and Steven Jepson refused to see me or speak with me. A doctor who cares about a patient would say: These are my fillers I injected into you, come see me at my office, and let me help you. Steven Jepson did the opposite. He did not care about my health and safety. I reviewed the medical records Steven Jepson sent to me. The appearance of the product labeling for the fillers he injected appear inauthentic. Additionally, the medical records show two fillers having labels with duplicate identification numbers. There should not be duplicate labels -- each filler is supposed to have its own unique identification number on the manufacturer label. Yet, the label for one filler has the exact identification number on the label for a second filler I purchased, which he injected almost three weeks later. The filler labels in Steven Jepson's medical records were sent to a dermatologist who sent the labels to their executive-level contact at the manufacturer. The dermatologist then replied that the labels are "fake". Shortly after I received my medical records, I spoke with Steven Jepson's receptionist who told me that Steven Jepson was in the process of changing medical-record systems. I told Steven Jepson that I was very concerned for his other patients. Months later, he sold his business and retired. When I take all these inconsistencies, including Steven Jepson refusing to speak with me, it raises serious concerns of what exactly Steven Jepson was injecting into me. I've spent approximately $200,000 on procedures to try to chemically remove the substances, and the subsequent surgeries trying to address permanent harm I suffered from excess chemical trying to remove the substances.
