Let me start by saying Doctor Dunkley and his staff are amazing. Very friendly and very helpful. They answered all my questions and concerns from day one until my last follow up. Before I chose my surgeon I googled best cosmetic surgeon in Salt Lake and Doctor Dunkley was the first one to pop up. I did my research on Doctor Dunkley and as I did that I came across acquaintances that had chosen Dunkley. I knew right there he was going to be my surgeon. I went for a mommy makeover. I was promised a fat transfer and they harvested the fat, promising me they would save the excess fat so they can perform up to 2 more transfers from the saved portion. When I called to make my appointment not long after my first one, they explained to me they accidentally threw away my syringes and that if I wanted them to do the follow up transfers I would need to pay an additional $500 on top of what I already paid. Eventually they accepted me paying $300, but I was very unhappy to have to pay hundreds to correct a mistake they made. Not a pleasant or fair experience. read more

I had the best experience. I had a surgery about 5 years and I still talk about my wonderful experience to this day. Dr. Dunkey and he's staff gave over 110%. I was told I had rosacea by a few dermatologist and they told me I had no hope. But Dr. dunkey did a quick test and my face cleared up in the area he treated. My whole is is completely clear now! It also helped with bad acne because on the side of my face I had some really bad acne and now it's all clear. He has a wonderful staff and kristy is amazing!! She was the one that did the treatments. Before I had my procedure I told him I never have been put under and I was very scared. He introduced me to he's staff and even the anesthesiologist to make feel more comfortable and it did! After my procedure he personally called me that night to make sure I was ok and doing well. I had previously went to SonoBello for Lipo on my tummy & it was the complete opposite of the service I received with Dr Dunkely @ Envision Cosmetics. I had to redo the same procedure because sonobello left me un even on my hips & didn't even get the areas I was most unhappy about. This is an AMAZING practice!!! They offer so many ways to improve the way a person feels about themselves w/out judgement! I was told about the wonderful Dr. Dunkley by a close trusted friend & she encouraged me to see if he could fix some major problems that I'd been having trouble with. To be blunt I could have been on the TV show Botched due to the original surgeon that did that to me. He was able to work a miracle to get it right for me. If I hadn't been able to confide in a friend I don't think I would have trusted anyone to fix the botched surgery. Traveling to another state for this Dr was the miracle I was looking for. He was actually able to do a procedure nobody in my area could do not even UCSF clinic that wanted to damage my body further with multiple surgeries. I'm so lucky that my friend convinced me to trust him to get the best results possible after being botched so badly. This Dr is truly a kind & wonderful Dr with magic hands!!! You won't be sorry you went to Envision & Dr. Dunkley!!!! I went in to get my lips enhanced with doctor Dunkley due to the deal($) that he had on Juvederm ( $450/ syringe) . I have had my lips done several times with Juvederm by a couple different doctors and I have always been satisfied with the results. During my appointment with doctor Dunkley, he came in with a syringe of Perlane after he numbed me. When I asked if he was out of Juvederm his response was that he was not but thought that I would get better results with the Perlane. After hesitation, I trusted his advise because he is a professional and I am not. I came in after a week and a half because my lips were uneven and had lost quite a bit of volume. He agreed that my bottom lip was uneven and "touched" it up but ignored my complaint about the overall loss of volume claiming that it was because "the swelling went down". I am not an idiot! Of course it did. After about a month or less all of the Perlane had absorbed and my lips had no remaining volume what so ever. When I called Dunkley's office to inform them of the situation they didn't offer any resolution. Generally with Juvederm my results last 9 -18 months. I am very disappointed and frankly pissed that I threw $450 away. I will not be going back to Dr. Dunkley. A few weeks ago, I spoke with a different plastic surgeon and he suggested that the reason Dunkley pushed the Perlane on me was that he was getting a financial kick back on the units he sold, and that most surgeons will not use Perlane on the lips. read more

Staff is very rude. I've had 3+ surgeries to fix an ongoing problem the doctor created. Every surgery was at least 2 hours wait from scheduled time. They moved one of my surgery times to a later time because I wasn't a "top priority case" without telling me until the day before. Very unknowledgable with implant sizes. I went in with a specific size and came out 2 sizes bigger than I asked for. I also had some valuables go missing during my last surgery and when I addressed it, they stated "I don't know what to tell you. Someone in your household must have stolen it from you". My advice, spend the extra money and go to someone who knows what he's doing. read more

I cannot speak more highly of my experience. I was referred here by my cousin who had a couple procedures. I came from out of state and was a little nervous. From the moment I walked into the office I was warmly greeted and everyone had a smile on their face. I felt completely at ease and comfortable. It was a total team effort. Dr. Dunkley was more than open and honest and friendly. He called me the day after my surgery as well personally to make sure I was OK. Even the day of my surgery when I met the nurses and the anesthesiologist they were in good spirits, positive, and so attentive to my needs. I could tell they enjoyed their jobs and working with each other. It truly spoke volumes and was a testament to me that I was in good hands. I had a breast augmentation and a lift and have the most amazing amazing results. When I came back to California I even went to another plastic surgeon and showed him my results.
