I was super intrigued by the swing analyzer computer they have in the back (with space for two players at a time) and the gentleman kindly gave me his time and allowed me to take a couple swings since I said I was new to golf. He was able to give me some pointers which improved my swing immediately. I didn't get to run the numbers on the computer because I'm just starting out and my swing isn't consistent enough to truly analyze. But just being able to try it and get some pointers made my day. The shop isn't very large, not a massive place like Golf Town, but it has all that a player would need even down to socks! Their website doesn't look like much but the shop is worth checking out if you're in the area like I was. A great alternative to a big box store. 4.5 stars

Parrish came up from the back room, introduced himself and asked how he could help. I am a fellow of 6'7" and quite barrel chested. He took some measurements, and asked about price range. With no expectations either way, he suggested a club, said it would need to be lengthened and regripped. He took it straight back and went to work. While he worked, the cast of patrons in the place could never be rivaled. All of these gentlemen knew their game, had helpful tips, not to mention jovial quips and jabs at each other. I inquired about how he got into the business, and he was happy to tell his tale. It was then I realized that this shop is exactly the way it suppose to be. The work of the club looked top notch to me and tho it is a used club it feels brand new. As i swing my now fitted King Cobra 5 iron I couldn't be any happier. After I asked for the damage, I felt his price to be reasonable, as I bought a club, had it fitted, sized, regripped, heck he even put a new decal on it! We actually planned to go bowling last weekend but it was closed for a bowling tournament. So I…read moreasked my husband to call them this morning to ensure it was open to the public in the evening. When my husband asked if they were open, the guy said they're open all day (in a um duh kinda way). My husband responded with well, last week you were closed for a tournament. Not a good first impression before we even step into the building. We arrived to bowl around 4:45 pm and were lucky to get a lane immediately. For some reason the lane was only available for 45 minutes but that was a good enough time for our family of three. I think we should've been charged a bit less because we were charged for the full hour. Now let's get to the actual bowling experience. It was my daughter's first time bowling so we were glad they had smaller bowling balls, the ball ramp, and guard rails. Overall, we had a good bowling experience even though we lost on purpose so our daughter wouldn't get so pissy LOL. 3.5 stars because the phone call and full charge for less than an hour.
