The remodel replaced the floor with vinyl tile, replaced the tub surround tiles with vinyl sheets and replaced the vanity, counter mirror, tub, lights and all fixtures. The finished bathroom looks great with no issues. The fixtures, vanity and surfaces chosen by the Lux design crew look great. The installer did a great job, was very courteous and did the job with minimal disruption.

I had a bad experience with BZR Remodeling. Sean is a nice guy, but unorganized and bad with…read morecommunication. He took over 3-4 weeks longer than originally planned and still did a bad job. To name some specifics on what went wrong: -damaged my table and took over 4 weeks to repair -big delay on the project (3-4 weeks late on a 5 week project) -Sean said he'd be at my place to accept a delivery and did not show up, so I had to rush there during the work day -Left my sofa outside which partially got wet from the rain -Blamed me for the kitchen not fitting the microwave and refrigerator correctly even though the links I sent him for the appliances described the depth needed for the appliances. Microwave and fridge still do not look great -took months to get a receipt -Poor communication (Had to communicate with a few different people rather than just Sean and it was oftentimes a delayed response) The project was completed and within budget, but cannot give higher than a 2 star review for the reasons above. I would not recommend BZR remodeling.

After vetting a few contractors I decided to work with Anthony in 2019. His crew was fast and did great work. 1100 square foot addition with most of it being a mother-in-law unit. Fast Forward to November 2024. My house was hit hard by the Bomb Cyclone. Dealing with the insurance was a headache I was not familiar with. Anthony really helped me out keeping the repairs under the budgeted amount from my insurance company. I trust Anthony and him being honest and up front with repair costs.
