That call never came. I understand that small businesses get busy. What's not acceptable is telling a customer multiple times that you'll follow up and then not doing so. Clear communication is basic customer service. Before posting this, I took a moment to read other reviews, and it appears there may be a pattern of similar complaints about follow-ups and communication. Option 1 was to change the lock and have a different key for the door which would defeat having one key for all the doors. Option 2 allowed the lock to be changed to match the existing locks. I called Urgent at 11 yesterday morning and the locksmith (Ryan) was at my house an hour later. After his arrival, I decided to switch out the deadbolt & add keyless entry. Ryan suggested I go purchase the system of my choice & he would return the same day. RUN THE OTHER WAY…read more Moved into a new build and called this company for a rekey. They got the rekeys done, but didn't tell me that two of the doors they rekeyed had faulty door handles. Also suggested I get deadbolts AFTER they completed services and I paid. Would have been great to know that before I paid for 10 locks to be rekeyed. Rushed off to the next job and was terribly rude about it. Save your money and go elsewhere!
