That call never came. I understand that small businesses get busy. What's not acceptable is telling a customer multiple times that you'll follow up and then not doing so. Clear communication is basic customer service. Option 1 was to change the lock and have a different key for the door which would defeat having one key for all the doors. Option 2 allowed the lock to be changed to match the existing locks.
