When I was finally able to reach someone (Bailey & Joey Syrek) they could not have been more rude & condescending. Upon asking to speak with the office manager (Diane Chapman) she said that their seasoned agents had retired and she was now only able to recruit inexperienced 20 year olds. Who admits that kind of thing about their business?
