They brought two trucks, located the sewer pipe going to the road, snaked it, dug down through about 3 feet of dirt and found the clean out access. They brought it up to code, put a nice lid on it and charged me $740 for the travel time and the crew of 4 men for two hours of work. I was blown away. Josh is very capable, competent and extremely honest. He has an excellent crew. They will not waste your time or money.

Contatced Sigi with SGC in regards to remodeling our front and back porches at our house in Pine,…read moreAZ. Sigi was quick to respond and followed up with an in person visit within a day or so. We discussed some ideas about my front and back porch and I liked his recommendations. I decided to go with SGC and began in February. SGC had to completely demo both porches and start all over with new footers for both. I went with Trex Decking as well for the proches. Demo was completed the first week in February and his crew began working. Mother nature slowed it down a little bit with some snow and rain here and there and waiting on the Gila county inspector added a few days along the way. The porches were completed in March. I also had SGC tear down and build a new privacy metal fence on a portion of my property. The metal matched the color scheme of my house really well. I really appreciated Sigi's communication along the way. I love the craftsmanship of the porches too. The flooring has a really nice picture framing finish for the flooring and trex decking was used on the railings as well.. I went with cable wires for the railings too and it gives the porches a real nice open look. I would highly recommend SGC for your project in the Gila County area! Unethical Business Practices & Lack of Accountability…read more We entrusted this company with a substantial amount of money to execute multiple projects. Unfortunately, communication has been non-existent from the Arizona ROC Qualifying Party listed on their license--who has consistently refused to respond to emails, texts, or phone calls. When we did attempt to engage, we were told that only the "project manager" was responsible, and the Qualifying Party disclaimed all knowledge or accountability for those jobs. Most concerning is that the funds paid appear not to have been fully applied to the contracted work. This matter is now under formal investigation. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation voluntarily and ethically, they have avoided all meaningful dialogue. This conduct suggests a troubling lack of transparency, professionalism, and accountability. We share this experience in hopes of protecting others from entering into a similarly frustrating and financially risky relationship.
