So, this company was hired to come out and do warranty replacement work on my patio sliders and…read morewindows. While the company is based in Arizona, my property is in Southern California. The technician they sent out did not have proper experience. The entire time, he was being coached by some guy over speaker phone. He took his shoes off in my house, and while I appreciated that - I also was concerned about broken glass. And he did get scolded by his boss over the phone. The first window was not entirely plumb (off by about 1/8th of an inch). But he got the window in, and then proceeded to the next window - on different part of the house. That was a sliding glass door. Right away, he noted rust on the screws and then decided that all of my sliders (there are 5) needed replaced due to the rusty screw (the issue was originally failure on the double pane seals). So, he tells me they are going to file a claim on my behalf for replacement of all the doors. They leave the new sliding glass door window on the side of my house and tell me they will be back in a week or so. Weeks go by. I reach out to Grizzly to see what the status is. Abigal tells me that the parts on order. More time goes by. I reach out to the company that contracted Grizzly and they tell me that Grizzly told them that all of my windows and doors are not plumb and that this needs to be done before they can do anymore work. She tells me that Grizzly communicated this information to me. They did not. So, this company lies, miscommunicates and also hires people that do not have the experience required for this type of work. They put my homeowners at risk as well as their employees that they do hire. I would avoid them at all costs.

I had my windshield replaced about a month ago. I understood that delays happen, but I would have appreciated some communication. I called to ask for an ETA, and I was told I would receive a call back. That call never came. About two weeks later, I noticed a wire hanging from my rearview mirror that had been cut during the windshield replacement. This was not an issue before the installation. I contacted the company, and they agreed to come out under warranty to inspect and fix the problem. They told me they were booked two weeks out and scheduled me for Monday. It's now Wednesday, and no one ever showed up for my Monday appointment. I never received a phone call, text, or email to let me know they weren't coming or to reschedule. I had to reach out to them myself today to find out what happened. I was then told I would have to wait yet another day because their team had been out for the holiday and they apparently didn't know. What I don't understand is why they scheduled my appointment on a day when no one was available, and why no one contacted me the day of the appointment or even the following day to let me know there was an issue. At this point, I'm extremely disappointed and upset. Not only was my vehicle damaged during the installation, but the lack of communication, poor scheduling, and failure to honor a scheduled warranty appointment are unacceptable. If you're looking for the cheapest option, this company may fit the bill, but in my experience, that comes at the expense of workmanship, customer service, and follow through. I cannot recommend them.
