I was told at first I would only need a patch and tires rotation and the wait should be only 45 min since there was 3 people waiting. An hour and a half later they finally got to my car. Unbeknownst to me the tire that had a nail in it was already patched from when I bought the car at the dealer, I could only assume since I haven't had any issues with this car and it was the first time getting a nail in it. Turns out you can't patch a patched tire so my only option was to buy a new one. Of course they try to sell you two tires at a time at least and the only discounts they offer are on sets of four. Took a total of two hours and 20 minutes to get fully serviced, also ended up purchasing the least expensive tire for my car at $139 after the discount tire warranty (best $14 you'll spend, TRUST ME ON THIS) and taxes ended up walking away spending $201 for one tire + free tire rotation. Overall, the service men were very professional and nice. As I observed how they handled the other customers, I didn't see any issues pop off. What kept me from giving them a better rating was the time estimate I was given versus how much time I actually spent there. I would rather it have been an over estimate which I was told the 45 minutes was an over estimate, but clearly it was not. From a customer standpoint I could've gotten a lot more done in two hours if I was told that's how long my car would've took. Dealing with a tire issue has already stressful and inconvenient so I think discount tire should it train their sales representatives to gauge more accurate wait times to improve the customer experience. We called the night before & the mgr Neil was even willing to fit us in the evening before our scheduled appt when we mentioned being concerned about getting out of our location in the rain the next day but we ultimately didn't want the staff to be waiting for us so we went on Sat. (Later, we found out Neil had told his staff to be on the look out for us!) When we arrived Dallen, Jason, Devon, & Marco worked like a well oiled machine! All 4 of them moved so quickly & efficiently that we were in & out of Discount Tire way faster than we had hoped. Garrett answered some questions for us inside & was kind & helpful. The entire staff went above & beyond! This location is clean & conveniently located right off of I-10. We could tell that Neil manages a business where his employees work well together & are happy. That equals great results! You won't be disappointed if you purchase tires & have your work done here. I waited about a month to post bc I like to make sure everything was done 100% right. First experience was great, they install new 37" tires in my truck without a hassle. This last experience, we called the shop to ask if they could replace dirt bike tubes and tires, we provided tubes and tires. After waiting for almost 2 hours onsite 11/24 they told us they closed at and would finish the tires in the morning. This morning we called and they said "they would have them done shortly" around 11 or so they let us know that the new in box tubes were leaking and that they couldn't do the job after damging the tubes, they said they didn't have no more time and would t take them back apart because they were damaged. When I arrived, I was handed the tires and tubes. I went out to take a pictures of the tires for the review and the manger started recording my every move telling me to leave the property, said they were calling the police. Long story short, they damaged our tires and tubes and the customer service response was "get off our property"

While I was there I asked them to lift the front end of my diesel Suburban off of the ground to check if my tire needed balancing. Immediately realized the front end components needed to be replaced. Gave them a tip for telling me. Great attitude. It's a quick and easy tire place. Noticed they sold used tires as well. Great if you have a trailer or car/truck you don't use much. Lots of trucks pulled up while I was there! I guess good news travels fast. Highly recommended and it will be my go to tire place for repairs.

Gave Seguin Tire Shop a call to ask if they had my tire size in stock which thankfully they did. After towing my car there and pulling the tire off, the tech observed a crack in my rim was the culprit of the leak, not the tire. Rather than wait for an OEM replacement, they just so happened to have a set of rims that would fit my car. Both techs jumped on the job and got me back on the road in a little over an hour. I cannot recommend this shop enough. They saved me a headache and were great to deal with.
