Awesome Service!! I had to do the unthinkable, and use fix a flat on my tire so I could leave Seguin at 3am on a Mondayz HAD to be in Houston by 7am. Called Lippe Tuesday morning, talked to Aaron, and he didn't even laugh at me for not knowing my tire size :) He looked up my car make and model, and had a tire in, to fit my car bright and early the next morning. Hercules! Hercules! Hercules! I got there, late morning ...why is it so hard to make myself put on "public" pants , since covid chaos ? That's MY lingering symptom... Anywho - they got my car in right away, wham bam, thank you ma'am ;) and all done in about 15 minutes!! I was getting ready for a trip to Dallas this morning early, and noticed one of my tires had low tire pressure after being at the ranch over the weekend. I stopped into Lippe when they opened at 7:15am and asked them to check the tire. Thankfully there was nothing major wrong with the tire, so they checked everything and made sure all tires were good to go, which gave me peace of mind making the trip to Dallas. The staff there were so helpful and cordial, and they got me in so quickly which I appreciated very much. If I do need tires in the future, I will make sure to purchase them from Lippe. Outstanding service. We ordered our tires on Saturday and they were in on Monday. I went first thing Tuesday to have 4 tires put on my vehicle. I was out of there by 8:30! The team is great. I have been going here for last 3 years. They are extremely honest and fair. I have witnessed them try to sell tires to someone's grandma and bent over backwards just to make sure she got what she needed and at the price she needed. Offered the avg tire but took the time to ask how much do you drive ma'am? She responded "bless her heart " I drive to San Antonio once. A month and to store once a week. That is about 72 miles a month. The set her up in a very economical tire, waived balance and mount. Even took the time to confirm with her son on the phone..That is truly customer service!! I googled tire because I had time and could beat there price on any online or local stores... Just bought 4 new trailer tires. The price was very reasonable and there was no charge for mounting and balancing. That's easily a $20.00 tire savings on a already well priced tire. They had to have the tires brought in from their other location. I automatically assumed it would be at least 2 hour until I was back on the road. They told me 30-45 minutes. Reality was about 20 minutes. Staff was courteous and bathroom was clean. I audit and inspect organizations professionally. I give these guys 5 stars because they exceeded expectations at every aspect of this tire buying experience. read more

I was looking for another tire shop when I seen this one on my right hand side I probably made an illegal turn, however I needed a tire patched and the nearest tire shop was 14 minutes away. $14 was kind of expensive, however it Paned out because I forgot my wallet at home and he let my wife pay over the phone that really saved my day! read more

Lippe has serviced our car before so we called ahead , I asked for them to look up our account. The man on the phone said he could not. So I gave him the tire size over the phone. He quoted us a price much higher than the last time we were there. Then stated that was the wrong tire , he would order the right tire and have it on Monday it would be cheaper. We verified that the tires came in and went in on Wednesday. First they asked what tires we wanted replaced (again, we were there because about 4 months ago they recommended to replace the tires). after replacing the tires new tires that we got 4 months ago and charging a 120.00 extra because the wrong tire came in and it was the only ones they had. We already scheduled a day off work to get this done.(amazingly they found our account right away when it came time to pay) When my husband saw that they took the tires that were only 4 months and left the old dry rotting tires still in place , we had to go back and ask to give us back our newer tires and put the tire just bought on the back where the dry rotted tires were. This is a tire shop. They knew what they were doing ! we will not go back and if you go there be careful! read more
