Fast forward to this morning.. I got on Yelp and found Dirty Duds Wash house . It was almost a 20 minute drive but the reviews looked promising.. Upon arriving a lady's dog locked her out of her truck and she was on the roof trying to get in . I suggested she take off her shoe and use her feet through the sunroof .. ( yes this really happened ) Walking into the laundromat our clothes fell off the basket and a super sweet older African American woman helped us pick them up . See for yourself with the pictures.. the place is super clean . And they have plants which are very well taken care of . Even the bathroom was squeaky clean . It still needed pressing and the gentleman (I believe the owner) said "Give me four minutes and I'll have it ready." It was done and beautifully pressed in under four minutes. When I went to pay he said, "No charge. I stand behind my pick-up times and it wasn't ready." What a class act! Thank you, I'll be back next year. When I grabbed my clothes, I should have inspected them more closely because when I got home, it looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned. Some stains were still present on a gray button-down, and my white items still looked dirty rather than bright. I was able to remove the stains myself using Dawn dish soap, which worked better than their cleaning. Although the prices were reasonable, I won't be returning.

Dropped 11 dress shirts off to have them dry cleaned. Came to pick them up, i paid and then as i…read morewas picking the shirts up to walk out i noticed there were only 10. She noticed i was counting and said there was a miscount and there were only 10 shirts. I explained that i counted them before i came in and the man working there counted them in front of me and there were 11 shirts. She argued with me and said not only was i wrong but the person that worked there was also wrong. While she is arguing with me im looking at the shirts and notice that one of the white shirts has black stains all over the collar. I pull the shirts out and they are all wrinkled, they are discolored and stained. I point this out to her and she said no we didn't do that you brought them in that way. I explained i work in a corporate setting and these are my work attire and none of them were stained. She said she could rewash them. I said "rewash?" They were supposed to be dry cleaned. She said well we washed. I told her i wanted my money back and that i wanted them to pay for the shirts they ruined. She refused. I asked if that was how they typically do business and she said no. I asked why she was conducting business like this with me to which she shrugged. I got my phone out to record the conversation and to video the shirts in the store. She said you can call whoever you want but you're not getting any money. I explained i wasn't calling anyone i was recording our conversation for when i take them to small claims court. She said get out or I'll call the police. I said please do, I'll wait for them to get here. Then she refused to call them and walked to the back of the store. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
