They were able to come out the same day, gave me a clear arrival window, and actually showed up right on time. Javan was the technician and he was super professional--quick, knowledgeable, and got the issue fixed fast. He explained what was wrong and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. No upselling or unnecessary work, just a straightforward repair. Total came out to $85 which felt very fair, especially for same-day service. Honestly saved me a lot of time and frustration. Would definitely use them again and recommend if you're dealing with sprinkler or drip line issues.

He replaced our sprinklers in our grass with new water efficient ones. And he added some extra sprinklers to our garden. They also installed new sod for us and laid down some fresh DG. Our yard looks great thanks to Valleyscape. As a small business owner that charges a premium for premium work, I appreciate when another business does premium work even if it's a little more expensive than what the other guys who are unlicensed/unskilled workers charge. Those companies just put bandaids on issues. You get what you pay for! And what we got from Valleyscape was an exceptionally professional, hard working, honest experience. We are having them look into adding some landscape lighting in our front yard next. They should be your next call with any landscaping/irrigation issues that you might have!

One gentleman came, nice guy, however this is what the issue was: He walked around probably for 10 minutes, showed me a light (average you can get at Amazon) and quoted me $8000 for 23 standard lights and if I wanted color is was going to be $15000 After this he charged his $195. I mentioned if I was getting the quote in writing which I didn't get a clear answer and off he went. I called another company, charged me $3500 for 25 color lights (better lights) and extra transformer and app to turn them on from your phone. My point: if you call Valley Scape, make sure you get another 2 or 3 quotes from other providers because they are probably going to take you for a ride if you are not careful. $3500 versus $15000 is a big difference.

When bad weather hinders our typical service day it's moved to another day (understandably) but we do not know when that is. No big deal except for the pets we leave in the back yard. Things can get interesting in the event we are not home. Addressed with the owner and he now texts prior to showing up on non scheduled days. On Thursdays when I come home and see the yard freshly manicured I smile from ear to ear. Well worth trying them out. Update 17 May 2020: Spoke to owner shortly after my review. Expressed the concerns and Mr. Le assured me he would make contact on the off cycle days. Waited to see the consistency, has been spot on even while I was absent for an extended period. They can't fix a problem with out knowing the problem.
