We had a few issues with our yard where some of the grass started dying, and LTS came out literally the next day to take care of it. They made everything right without charging us anything and even replaced the sections of grass that had died. It could have been from the weather since that spot gets more sunlight, but they still went above and beyond by adding extra sprinklers to make sure everything had full coverage. They finished the work within two days and left the area clean. Their team was super professional, efficient, and clearly cared about their work. The quality is great and our yard still looks amazing almost a year later. None of the concrete has cracked, the retaining wall is solid, and the small wall by the house that protects it from the sprinklers is holding up perfectly. Our patio cover has made it through the rainy season with no issues at all, and the drainage works exactly how it should. Overall, LTS did a beautiful job, paid attention to every detail, and we could not be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend! read more

I had Rudi the owner provide a quote to landscape the front and backyard at my house. This included demoing concrete and replacing it with stamped concrete. Installing artificial grass, irrigation, and plants. Part of the quote included, sealing the concrete once it had cured. Rudi's crew did a good job, especially his two foreman's Angel and Rolando. The reason I would not recommend using this company is there is a lack of communication and follow through on the owners part. Several of the design points that I discussed with Rudi were not communicated clearly to his foreman. Also, after the job was done and and the job was paid for Rudy's crew. Never returned to seal the concrete as promised. After I reached out several times, he committed to coming back the following week to get the job done. That was approximately a month ago and I haven't heard from him since. read more

Our landscape contract ended in November 2024, which included sunshade installation. A week after completion, the shades, lights, and poles did not withstand common weather conditions. Rudi and his team recently finished a full landscape renovation on our front and backyards. They re-poured our concrete driveway, poured concrete walking paths, matched and added pavers to our pool decking, re-did the planter beds, built an 80 foot retaining wall, and laid more than 1,000sq feet of sod, installed irrigation, drip lines, and backyard and front yard lighting, assembled a 60 foot vinyl fence, and built two custom wood enclosures for our pool and AC equipment. Our landscaping was in ROUGH shape before LTS got there. We got bids from 8 different companies before going with Rudi. We immediately liked his vibe, liked his price, and we liked that we could tell he got our vision and would make it happen. Sometimes once a contractor gets your deposit and starts on your project, things feel like they change once they know they've got the job, the urgency is gone. That wasn't the case with Rudi and his guys. They started the project when they said they would start, they finished within a week of when they said they expected to be done. At every step of the way Rudi kept me informed of the progress, and answered all of the questions I had. I can't count how many times I texted him in the evening with questions or concerns about the project details. He was responsive, and put my mind at ease each time that he would address my concerns and make sure things turned out great. As a client, it's hard to put a value on this kind of peace of mind from your contractor on a major project like this. Rudi and Rolondo understand the importance of attention to detail. They both went out of their way to make sure we approved of and were happy with all of the small details, such as the color of the mulch, the kind of rocks we used, and the exact color of the wood stain we wanted for the A/C enclosure. Rudi spent as long as we wanted to at his nursery of choice picking out plants and giving us recommendations on what would look good. The LTS guys showed up every morning at 7am sharp to work on our project. There was never a day where I was wondering if things were moving along as quickly as they should. I don't think we were the easiest most laid back clients they have had, and with that being said, I have no complaints and am thoroughly happy with the job that they did for the price we paid. BEWARE. Requested an initial quote through yelp and provided photos of job site. Received a phone call 2 days later on 11/9/24. Rudi agreed to come for in person assessment on 11/16/24. I followed-up morning of to confirm that he would still be coming, which Rudi then stated yes but it would be later now. When he arrived he was very personable and seemed knowledgeable. We were hopeful that we found our contractor. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. Before leaving he did not give us an exact date when proposal would be delivered by, but just said to give it a few days and he would text it to me. After not hearing anything after 5 days, I reached out again and asked about proposal. No response. I messaged him again another 4 days later, no response. So after being completely ignored twice, we'll be hiring elsewhere. I believe that he only takes certain jobs that he can show pictures of big beautiful total transformations of. He just doesn't have the decency to tell you up front. Very disrespectful and a waste of our time. read more

He will walk you through every step of the way leaving you with a calm sense of relief that you are going to be well taken care of through out it all. I connected with more than six Landscaping contractors to try and figure out how to get my backyard done and Rudi provided me with the most comprehensive and easy to follow proposal plan amongst all the proposals. And since he was able to break down in detail all the work that would go into the project he showed me where I could save and cost and came in with a competitive proposal estimate. Throughout the process he's been exceptionally courteous, respectful, and professional, and his team follows in his example. They are hard-working and diligent and make substantial progress throughout every stage of the project every day. And Rudi's scheduling estimates were on point. Since the design plan was so well thought out and the planning was organized the estimate of 2 to 3 weeks from start of the project to completion was met as expected. He also partnered with me with some pretty intricate HOA requirements, and he graciously sat down with me and we were able to go through bullet point after bullet point on the HOA requirements, and whichever ones he was able to knock out for me he took note of and put that together for me practically next day. Personally this was the first time for me diving into a landscaping project like this and because Rudi approached this like a partnership, I never felt overwhelmed at any stage of the big project him and his team worked on. And the completed job is just a dream come true!!! I am extremely grateful to him and his crew for all the hard work and attention to detail they put into my backyard. Tried multiple times to get an estimate and no one would get back to me to come by. I got one initial response to my request for quote and then nothing. Edit: If you had just told me from the beginning you were too busy that would have prompted no review at all. Several companies did just that. But we had correspondence and you led me to believe you could help me out and that you would come by. Then nothing back. That's not what I would consider good customer service. We hired this company for irrigation, sod, drainage, mastic and concrete around our pool. They were easy to work with, showed up when they were supposed to. Courteous and professional. Work was good though I wasn't too impressed with how the top cast finish (which cost more than stamped) turned out. It was patchy.
