Spent 15 minutes watching thru the window at the professional not being able to get my filter loose. I finally walked out and nicely told the kid to try turning the filter the other way. He was trying to tighten it and could see that thru the window. He then finished the oil change. The same professional moved the truck to the next bay to fix the tire. I watched him put the impact on the plastic rim center fake lug without removing it. He spun the impact and broke the plastic cover. If this is the kind of professionals they are hiring, I don't know if they could handle the responsibility of flipping burgers at the closed burger King next door. Just letting my feelings be known.

Our invoice shows an in/out time of just over 4 hours in the shop, which included the lunch hour for the mechanic. So only took actual mechanical labor of just over 3 hours. We were billed according to the standard estimated job guide for 6.7 hours at $100 per hour! No resolve from the dealer upon our complaint, so called GM Customer Service. They opened an "escalation" review case, so we will see. Customer, beware of inflated labor charges from this dealer!!
