Fed Ex AI said it is still at the FootLocker warehouse. It was never picked up. When I tried to get information from the FootLocker I was only able to chat with their chatbot. It is my understanding that this address in Wausau WI is their corporate office. It seems they can careless about their clients. I don't think I will be purchasing shoes from them again. It also said to expect them 5-8 business days to deliver from November 29th. It is now December 28th. The tracking has not budged. It is the same as it was to begin with.
