My elderly mother ordered a sympathy boquet from this place today. It arrived LATE to the funeral and was nothing that my mom ordered. She ordered a$100 bouquet, asked for purple and yellow flowers and they showed up with a dozen of wilted red and yellow roses...no greens, no babies breath, no bow on the vase, and no "sister-in-law" banner. it appears that just because she used a gift card, there was no profit in the transaction for them. When my mom called them, they told her basically "to bad so sad"........poor customer service and will never do business with these people again. read more

My first time ordering flowers from this business and they did not disappoint ! The lady who took the order was very patient and kind. I picked an arrangement from their well laid out website, since I placed this long-distance. The website was clear and user friendly. I tweaked the new baby arrangement with what I thought would better reflect a boy ( girls are so much easier to choose arrangements ). Since there aren't any real blues to choose from I requested purples. Then I thought orange would really pop! The lady on the phone never discouraged my amateur choices and reassured me that the staff will do the best to fill the order based on my requests. What an amazing result !! My daughter wanted very special arrangements for an 80th birthday party for me. She collaborated with Beth at Krueger Floral and Gifts and the flower arrangements were magazine quality. Teacups were filled with flowers at each place and were given to the guests as favors at Johanna May's Fine Teas. The centerpiece was built around a teapot and the flowers surrounding them were exquisitely arranged. Today is day 7 and they are just starting to wilt. I have kept them watered and apparently were put together with such care that the water got to the stems and kept them fresh. Words do not do the arrangements justice and if Krueger's does not have pictures of these arrangements I will share. Thank you so much for adding such flower power beauty to this party. I like Krueger floral. Their home decor is beautiful and their arrangements superb. However, whenever I go in there, there seems to be many people standing around while few others do a lot of work. There is one young girl there, Emma, a younger girl that is my favorite. She is always polite and professional and seems to always be working the hardest; and of course always with a smile. I heard she had done my friend's wedding flower last June and they, much like Krueger quality, was fabulous. If you need anything, ask for her! Overall, my experiences are always pleasure but there is room for improvement in customer service and good workmanship from some people I spy in the back room. read more
