I did so as usual at the end of my last appointment, and that was it, or so I thought. Surprise, surprise. I just got a bill, more than two months after my appointment, for "lab services" from the parent company. So now they are going try to bleed their patients by nickel and diming them. The front desk is either empty or the staff sitting there ignore you when you walk in. When Brooke worked here she was my sole laser technician she was amazing so attentive and lively. She made me feel very comfortable and excited to go get laser ( how is that even possible). When Brooke left I have not had the same technician twice. Every time is someone new so you do not get to build a rapport with your technician. They are also not the friendliest. Just a completely different atmosphere now that Brooke is gone. I will also mention they moved offices. This new space has better parking and is easier to leave the office.
