So don't even think about using these people. You will literally get zero customer service! I wasted 4 months waiting on them to show up and I never even got 1 phone call! I called them at least 5 times and just got told someone would call me. They never called me! I called the last time and was told I was on the schedule for a certain day. That day arrived and I heard nothing and no one showed up. I then started doing more research and found out these people have a bad reputation. Please do yourself a favor and don't use this company (Rogers Concrete) unless you like wasting your time!!! Zero customer service, what a joke of an operation!! This company was very difficult to work with after my new garage floor started breaking down 6-8 months after it was poured. Took me 5yrs to get it replaced. I do not recommend this company. read more

If I could give negative stars that is what this would be. Our contractor sub-contracted these guys to do the footings, walls and floor for the crawl space for a new addition to our home. They told us they'd start June 22nd, but, they said they had an emergency and would come later. Later turned out to be nearly a MONTH later. That's when they showed up with an excavator (we had 2 inches of rain recently at that time) but we told them to go ahead and drive over the lawn to get where they needed to go (yep, they tore the front lawn up, but we were afraid they'd wait another month!). They dug the hole for the crawl space on a Friday and disappeared, we didn't see anyone again for 10 days until that Monday, when they showed up to do the footings. That Friday the guy showed up to set up and pour the walls-problem was the footings were too small, oh and so was the hole! Our contractor had told them as well as written on the side on the house, the dimensions of the addition. So, the following Monday they came to make the hole bigger and pull out the footings to be replaced with the correct size, except after getting the skid loader out to tear up the lawn more and make the hole bigger, they loaded up and LEFT! After our contractor called to check on things, they came back and drove that skid loader yet once again over the now ragged front lawn and pulled out the wrong footings! They then pour the new correct size footings, on that same Monday, figuring they'd be back Wednesday or Thursday to form the walls, we waited...until Friday AT 9:20 PM!! That's when they poured the walls! It has now been nearly 2 months since they originally told us they would start, figuring with cure time for the concrete, this project should have only lasted 2 weeks! AND! We STILL don't have the floor laid! Needless to say, we with the agreement of our contractor have fired them. NO, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! They have no respect for their clients, they had told us time and time again that 'we will be there tomorrow ' and they never showed up! Was even told once that they were on the way to our house and they never showed up! Nope, if you are not a commercial business and want something for your residence , dont bother calling these guys! read more
