Jeremy assured me there was plenty of time for the grass to germinate in the many bare spots he had created when he "leveled" out my lawn. That grass seed never did germinate despite my meticulous watering at his direction; it never came up in the spring; in fact, I couldn't get ANYTHING to grow where he had put down dirt - except for weeds (I laid down seed several times that spring/summer so I could not apply a pre-emergent - funny, the same grass seed grew in other areas of my lawn Jeremy hadn't touched). I tried to contact him several times, asking for re-seeding or a refund and he continued to blow me off all spring/summer of '25. Hopefully with the pre-emergent I applied this spring the weeds will be kept at bay until I can try to seed again later this summer or fall. Fingers crossed. We had him change the shape of the flower beds to make them a bit smaller and then use either sod or seed to fill in the spots. When we inspected the final product, there was a couple of plants that he had not dug up and several spots that had no seed or sod. He said he would come back the next day and fix it, but all he did did when he came back is throw down a hunk of grass that he had already dug up from another part of the yard. It looked horrible. He also said that he put down a weed barrier because we specifically told him that there was a weed problem. But we know he lied because there are still weeds coming up in the whole front flower bed!

Finally, received a response that someone would be around the following day between 8-9 am to fix said damage; only, to have NO ONE show up, ignored text messages, calls, and facebook messages. Later on that evening, received a text message that a part was ordered for my gate, however, no one showed up to inquire on type of gate, make or model. Several phone calls through out the week to check status and 1 week later still waiting on a "part" that was ordered and no return phone call, text message or facebook contact. He stated he was just doing what the landlord said and is doing everything in his power to rectify the situation. Not only working with us, but also working with police. The situation is extremely overwhelming and frustrating, however, his empathy and eagerness to rectify the situation has definitely helped. Unfortunately, at the end of the day, he was taking orders by a clueless landlord and didn't know/or think to look into the situation
