My aunt had to be moved from her retirement home in Wasaga Beach, to a care facility in London, with a stop in Stratford, to drop furniture off at my place. Up North Movers handled everything with ease like true professionals. They were Punctual , Efficient , took care of packaging all her fragile items. Everything arrived safely, not one broken item. I was so pleased with the Job Up North Movers did for us, I hired them a second time , too clear out the rest of my aunts apartment. We were unsure when he asked my 90 year old mother in law not to be home for the packing, but we followed his lead when he insisted that all doors needed to come off cabinets, even though we were skeptical. We were given the impression that the company was he and his wife, so you can imagine our surprise when two random strangers showed up to our home with a UHaul of my mother in law's things. Antique furniture had been taped with some sort of heavy duty tape, when peeled took the finish off. The movers damaged our front porch railing and knicked walls. In the truck, nothing was wrapped, just simply placed with no protection. Her boxes are an absolute mess of items shoved into random boxes with random words scribbled on them- nothing followed any order or semblance of organization. Nothing was given the time and attention during packing that we were promised. We are shocked as this company has many positive reviews. My husband reached out to Kris multiple times during the move, attached the photos below, and he told us he'd look into the issues, but it's been almost three weeks and no communication has happened. We paid $6500 for this experience to move from Orillia, ON to St Thomas ON.

I got topcoating/sealing done on a 1 1/2 driveway with interlock at each side. They did a very thorough job and didn't get it on the stone work. I would hire them again!
