Since I have them, they only show up to turn the sprinklers on and off. I've had "only" them and my lawn has constantly died due to poor sprinkler types and lack of water getting to certain areas. Sprinkler care and lawn treatment seem to be horrible in Bergen County. You have to receiving a communication from this company is nice to know that they monitor these posts however when you turn a sprinkler system on it is customary to check the sprinklers for proper condition and if if they are doing the proper job not just turn it on and walk away from it. I would not have lost my lawn this year if my sprinkler company had my best interest at heart and checked each sprinkler head and the placement and the coverage they were supplying not just turn the sprinkler on. This past time when I requested that they come out they had to replace several heads and adjust locations that the sprinklers were supplying water to. That tells me that when they came out a few months ago they did just what the woman said was turn the system on and walk away and didn't check anything and for over $100 that's not good service I would hope that they change the way they service my property. It seems that they are very comfortable with a DISGRACEFUL three star rating rather than trying to earn more stars and be more considerate of the customer. Now I look and the three replaced heads are refurbished and not new new heads that I paid over three hundred dollars for. These pictures represent the failure of what I paid for and did not get. My neighbor has "no" sprinklers and his lawn is near perfect. Unfortunately the company is run from the office and no one monitors the worker's performance. The Proof Is in the finished product!

Since then they have come back to make a few adjustments and again, excellent service all around and their pricing is more than competitive. I'm able to control my sprinklers through my phone so watering is exceptionally easy. The system also compensates the watering schedule using weather and precipitation data so it runs more economically than a system with a simple rain sensor. Getting an appointment is easy. They always arrive promptly and are more than willing to accommodate their customers in any way possible. I have dead spots all over my front lawn from what I can guess is not enough water. And this was confirmed by other irrigation companies. In other areas I have too much water and the grass has died from too much water and mold has grown on my shed and fence. They came back numerous times to adjust the heads and with the same results.............NONE! I contacted them about leaking/weeping heads and they did nothing but step on them and tell us it was to be expected as the system was new. A year later and the heads are still leaking/weeping. I had another company come in and review the job and I was told the timer they installed was old technology and the wire used for the solenoids and timer was cheap inexpensive wire! When I contacted the owner and told him all this, in my opinion, he became very agitated that I was questioning him and his workmanship. What he needs to remember are a few things, one, is this is my house and my hard earned money that I feel I wasted on his services, and the second most important one, is that customers are the ones who make paydays happen! His answer to my questions was that I would not need to worry about anything that they were never coming back to my house! Great customer service! In my opinion I would never recommend this company and whoever reads this review as a consumer should look for another irrigation company! Once they get your money-they don't want to hear from you!

We had to put our rental property on the market, but our landscape and perimeter of the house was a…read moredisaster. I interviewed a few landscapers and settled on Artistic Bamboo. I told Ken what I wanted and he said he could turn our property into the envy of the neighborhood. I was skeptical at first. I needed flowers and shrubs. The side and rear of the house were just ugly dirt and gravel. I wanted a side patio of pavers and rear walkway to cover up the dirt and gravel on the sides of the house. A walkway from the rear walkway to the rear deck. There was a shed with a cement walkway that had to be removed. This was no small task. They tore down the shed and cement walkway and cleared out and leveled out the rear yard. They had to remove over 20 yards of dirt and rocks. They had to move a small tree from the middle of the yard to the corner. They planted new flowers and shrubs with existing ones put down new sod . Then install all the hardscape. It was quite a task. When it finally was finished I couldn't believe it was the same property. Now when buyers come to see the house the first thing they look at is the beautiful new yard. Had the system turned on 3 weeks ago for $121 and the tech reports everything is fine. I was in and…read moreout and couldn't walk through with him. System set to go on at 5AM so i just trust it. This weekend i turned on to visually test system myself and one head was frozen. System is 7 months old by the way, installed end of season last October. Called in and a snarky woman told me that heads are tricky and since the tech reported "no problems" found therefore he must have checked all the heads. Now it's going to cost me $105 to send a tech to just "look" at it. I normally don't write reviews. I only wrote a positive one when they installed it because the manager asked me to help boost the foreman's bonus. But this woman turned me off about the company and i need to write this review for people to see. I'm not really upset that the head is frozen. I just don't like the way that woman talks to people. She has a condescending way about her.
