To his credit, after my distress about this he got somebody else in the area to look at it who found the problem of a broken pipe pretty quickly. Still, it can be very hard to get an appointment for an end-of-the-year shut down and they don't give you a window of time in which you have to be home until the previous day which is hard for a working mom with kids. I'm trying out another service. In addition when I asked them about a service called both for irrigation and lighting, they were going to charge me a different and very high service call fee for the lighting, even though I wanted both at once.

I contacted Quench Irrigation to report the problem and was scheduled for a follow-up service appointment. However, on the scheduled date, no technician from the company appeared. There was no communication or reason provided for missing the appointment. Subsequently, I received an invoice for the original service despite the unresolved issue. When I called the company to address the situation, I spoke with an employee named Ms. Lotoyia Myles. Instead of assistance, I was told that payment for the initial (incomplete) service was required before any further repair could be made. During our conversation, Ms. Myles became confrontational and ended the call abruptly. My primary concern is that I've been invoiced for a service that has not been satisfactorily completed. I sought resolution directly with the business but was met with hostility and evasion.

My main concern revolved around the installation of a device and allegedly replacement of sprinkler heads. I was shocked to discover that I was double charged for the installation of the Rachio. It was until I inquired as to why my bill was so high that she checked the invoice and realized that it was billed twice. Not only was this an inconvenience, it was also displayed a lack of transparency and professionalism on their part. I trusted the company to provide accurate and fair pricing but this incident was clearly trying to gain more money from vulnerable clients. More concerning is the fact that they are claiming to have replaced sprinkler heads. Apparently was done without my consent or permission. I am appalled that such an action was taken without proper communication and authorization from us. The integrity of the service provider lies in its ability to maintain open and honest communication with customers which was clearly lacking in this instance. They also need to change their staff. The girl named Latoya needs to take some professionalism classes. Not only does she not let customers finish talking, she cuts them off and even hangs up the phone on them. I requested for her to have the owner call me directly to rectify the situation.
