I went to Roggi's on Tuesday to get a diagnostic, not even knowing the cost, because my windshield wipers were not working at all and I was desperate to get it fixed with all the rain. The staff was nice enough to fit me in, so I dropped off my car during lunch. I was later called and told I needed a new wiper motor with a detailed explanation as to why. I went to the Honda dealership and paid for a wiper motor order as well as $30 extra to have it overnight shipped. I took my vehicle back to Roggi's with the wiper motor Friday and they installed it for me. They provided me transportation to and from work while my car was being serviced. Henry went above and beyond to ensure I understood what was going on with my car and their plan to fix it. He was also genuinely concerned with my safety and making sure the motor was installed properly before the next rainstorm. Due to my experience, I definitely recommend and trust Roggi's with any future car services I may need. read more

Frank was especially helpful in explaining exactly what my car needed and what it didnt need. He was tremendous in going into details of what work needed to be done to my car and why. I went to get a oil change. This is the nicest gas station I have been to. The people are friendly, and helpful and explain everything. I was surprised to also get my car washed at the end of it. I was asked if I wanted an a change of filters. I have no idea why or what needed to be done they explained it to me and showed me the old the ild filters and how dirty they were. The bathrooms were spotless. Obviously people care about this place and love to serve and help people. I will certainly be back again. A very nice touch was a note and a little container of cookies in my car as a thank you. read more

I took my Mother's late model Lincoln in for routine maintenance not really having an idea of what it needed. It was dropped of a few days before they took a week long vacation. When I got the cat back three days later, everything was fabulous; they found hubcap inserts I was unable to locate, the needed maintenance was completed and unneeded clearly explained and they had the car detailed like it was brand new. I had a wonderful experience here! The service was fast and friendly and the facility was impressively clean. The mechanic came out and spoke with me personally about a couple of things that needed done apart from the oil change, like my cracked leaking hose that other garages missed. On top of that they washed my car for free! Everyone was very pleasant and personable with me and answered all of my questions. I love these guys! I was referred to them by my auto body shop and so happy about it. I first came in with a broken wiper after a snowstorm. Turned out they just needed to be tightened. They didn't charge me and I was on my way. I came back another time when my car started making a horrible sound. They diagnosed the problem immediately and had my car back in a couple hours. They take care of you. I have 2 cars, one older but both needed service and repair. They don't let you on the road unless they are satisfied the car is safe. I needed my windshield replaced -- they took care of it. I needed new tires, they took care of that. My little old used car is running smooth and I feel safe on the road. I needed this.
