Why is every store in Medford start with Rogue? Was pleasantly surprised to find this gem in Medford. The owners are super friendly. My son was looking forward to Richie Rich comments and they brought out a fresh box of comics that they haven't priced yet, and gave us a killer deal. They also helped introduce some new stories that he might like - specifically the true believe series that are reprints of old marvel issues that cost just a buck! The owner said he stocks as many of these as he can so kids can enjoy the same comics he did, at bargain prices. Spoken like a true, and generous, enthusiast. The shop looks brand new and is huge. I wish we had more time to check it out. The shop is located on the main drag of Medford and street parking is a breeze. Will definitely come again the next time I'm in town. read more

Very friendly staff and a nice inside made it easy for me to find the I Hate Fairyland books I'd been looking for. They have a large assortment of geek masks for purchase and were willing to help me find out if they carried other items I was interested in without making me feel stupid. It's a store with great books. Our first visit was awesome. Staff was friendly and talkative. Love having the collectible store next door. I don't know if owners are burnt out or what but the vibe is now very cold and at times just rude. Going and picking up your stash from the week should be a fun experience. Heck it's something we always look forward to. We switched to this place for our subscriptions from getting them by mail from our old shop that's 400 miles away because of that initial impression but aren't sure if that was the right call. Maybe the owners should take a few days off and put someone else behind the counter. I'm sure they are great with people that come in and are personal friends but this hasn't felt like the "neighborhood friendly comic shop" so far. If you're looking for a back issue or need to fill a few holes then this is your spot. I would give them 5 stars for product and the shop itself but the customer service is cold or non-existent. If you're someone who doesn't want human interaction or you can withstand the awkward interactions then definitely come for the books! read more

First of all, they have a great selection for kids which is where we spend our time here. The staff do a great job of curating great comics and are very helpful. One of the stops there we picked up a last minute gift and they quickly put it in a gift bag (tough to do with comic books). Also great for preordering books. read more

First time taking my kids to a comic book shop and this place was wonderful. The husband & wife team who run it were really nice and very helpful to a comic newbie like me. They showed us around the shop, how the rating system worked to keep mature titles away from the kids, and had lots of great title suggestions. At first I thought that this comic shop was too good to be true. (I've never before been to a comic boutique). This place however is the real deal! The owners are wonderful, fun, and goes the extra mile for the customer! While they have a decent array of comics they have an excellent collection of statues and are starting to dabble with statues, action figures, and merchandise!
