Some of the older books I believe retained more value so it really depends on. They also buy , sell and trade books here so instead of getting rid of anything bring em here. I have spent a lot of time and money here. The prices are all over the place, but it seems to average at $6-$10 per paperback, if it's a popular series it will certainly be near $10 or higher. I recently traded a series of books and was shocked by the store credit I received. I traded a new series of popular books that are hard to get second hand. The series is so new it's still being sold in big book stores for $60. I received $1 store credit per book. I couldn't even get an older $6 paperback I found with that credit. I understand that's how they make money but I am still disappointed. I will now only come here to buy used. I would have rather donated to the library for that price, that way I could at least check them out again.
