At the date of the reveiw is 06/04/26. I had ordered parts on April 24,2026 over $6,000 in parts. I got in contact with Chris which is the owner and put a back order on parts. I was told it was going to show up on the May 14,2026 and he will ship the parts to California and he would make an exception this one time. I didn't get any call or emails since then. Three days before this review i contacted them multiple times a day to get in touch and his assistant gave me nothing but excuses and the runaround. Finally today of the review I made them stay in the phone to give me an answer. After and entire month with him saying and I Quote on day of April 24,2026 "I will get you the parts this one time even though we can't ship to California I'll make an exception". They can't ship the parts because of California compliance we will refund you your money. As a small business owner this really hurt my company. For three whole days I was given a run around excuses and never not once ever got to speak with Chris once after the day I ordered parts. Chris the owner made no emails voicemails or emails till today 06/04/26 and made no way for me to switch to an Arizona address so I can still get my part. In the screen shots was emails dated on 06/04/26 never received a call back and I was the one making phone calls up to three to four calls in the same day ever received a call back when told he was going to by his assistant multiple times. Do Not Order from here you will have nothing but shipment delays back order problems and unbelievable poor customer service and being lied to. Steer clear from here you have been warned. read more

Order never shipped. Claims 1-2 days to process and ship. Ordered last tuesday and here we are on monday and nothing has shipped. Contacted them today and they didnt give a good answer. Claimed they are "looking into it". Told them this was getting suspicious and I want to refund/cancel the order before it ships out. Well they cant instantly do that I guess? They have to wait because they reached out to someone to make sure the order was canceled. Seems like they literally dont even package or ship your order. They are a drop ship location. They cannot even offer a refund because the order didn't go through them. Read the reviews online. I should have. Suspicious drop ship location that beats around the bush and drags you along. Weirdly the charge on my card says "processsing" a week later so I cant argue it and get a refund. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. Rogue Powersports wind screens. Do not waste your money. The glare from the wind screen shows in every picture or video you take. The refund policy shows 30 days but Rogue will not honor my refund for the un used screen I bought. The parts you need to install the screen have never been opened or used. We had to get an attorney for a refund. Worst customer service. read more
