On my 2020 Tesla model 3, the installer did a fantastic job with a full paint correction and ceramic coating. After abiding by the rules of no well water, and after 2 months the coating is holding up fantastic. They give a 6 year warranty and it's worth every penny. I had just purchased a new black F250, and took it to get ceramic coated at CEMENT CITY CUSTOMS. The installer guaranteed 6 year finish! "With no swirl marks". Then proceeds to tell me do not get wet by well water or sprinklers for two day. So on the 3rd day I took my truck to the dealer to get cleaned, and noticed a bunch of swirl marks in my paint. I contacted install with my concern, the response I got was nothing but excuses why I'm having my issues, then proceed to tell me I have no warranty! I contacted owner of Nanopro which got me an outside rep for his company. Then the rep inspects my truck and proceeds to tell me the install has been done incorrectly! Then tells me it will need to be done again to fix all the issues of the poor install! So now I'm in the middle of trying to get my 1,100 dollars back from poor install, which may take some time but it will get there. SO IF YOUR WANT ANYTHING DONE FROM CEMENT CITY CUSTOMS DONT!! They don't stand behind there work! read more
