This felt a bit unnecessary considering the bike had already been there for about four months. Here's the part that caught us off guard: when we arrived, the total was over $350. Up to that point, we had only been told it would be somewhere in the $200 range. We were then told they couldn't give an exact price ahead of time because parts prices fluctuate, which hadn't been clearly explained earlier in the process. My issue isn't really the price -- it's how everything was handled. The communication throughout the repair took a lot of follow-up on our end, and the final cost wasn't clear until pickup. When we asked about the difference and the delay, the conversation felt a bit tense, but they did end up offering a small discount, which I appreciated. I originally planned to leave a 1-star review, but because they worked with us in the end, I'm settling on 2 stars. I'm not trying to discourage anyone from using the shop -- just sharing my experience. I'd strongly recommend getting a written estimate upfront and checking in periodically if your repair goes past the original timeframe.

I have been looking for a certain shotgun magazine for awhile, but refused to pay the high price of retail stores. She just happened to have it with a stack of magazines in a show case. $15 for a $65 mag. Even grandpa found something for himself. If all transactions go this smoothly here then save your money by shopping here instead of the high price gun stores. Just make sure you do your research before you buy.

So I loaded the bike, drove to the shop, unloaded, and only then did someone step outside, take a quick look, and tell me they don't work on my model. I don't mind if a shop has limits on what they service, but that should be communicated clearly over the phone. It would have saved time, effort, and frustration. A simple question about the make and model during my call would have prevented the whole situation. Friendly enough staff, but the communication gap matters. If you have an e-bike, make sure you confirm whether they'll service your specific brand before making the trip.
