Great customer service from both the office and the crew. Travis did my first treatment and it rained shortly after that so he suggested I have him return at no charge when it was dry for a few days to redo it. It took a few weeks before we got a break in the rain but he always communicated and responded quickly every time and was as nice as can be when he came to do the second spray. These guys really care and I am very happy I hired them after my last negative experience with a much larger company. We were fortunate enough to buy our first home in mid-August. I had bookmarked Just Bugs back before we closed on the home, because really, I don't do creepy-crawlies. My husband, however, had delusions of grandeur, thoughts of purchasing our own (home inspector-recommended) pest solutions and spraying everything down, "saving money" and "knowing it's done right" (a real man's man thought process). So, I hung on to Just Bugs in the back of my mind, waiting for the testosterone to plummet. Then came the housewarming crashers: black widows. We found SEVERAL black widows within the first few weeks in the home. Fortunately for us, all of them were outside; however, my husband & I are both textbook arachnophobes... and beyond that, we have a young son, and his safety is our number one priority. My husband ultimately found one-too-many black widows for his liking, and he spent countless hours on Google learning the hard truth: black widows, especially several of them, are best eradicated by professionals. So, the heroine of this tale I became, as I swooped in with the one company I had already planned to reach out to. My husband called Just Bugs and spoke with the owner Debbie, and she was amazing. She gave us a better deal than the "deal" we had found for her online, and she was obviously incredibly knowledgeable about creepy-crawlies and how to deal with them. I met with her when she came out to our home, and we chatted as she sprayed the entire interior of our home while another employee sprayed the outside (and dewebbed the home/bushes/trees while also checking for signs of rodents). By the way, we have cats and a kid, and the treatment she did inside was completely safe for both. It's been 13 days since Just Bugs took care of our home (interior/garage/exterior), and we have seen one black widow. But, it was barely alive, clinging on for dear life, and was easily eradicated by the foot of my seemingly fearless husband (who usually resorts to long distance power-sprays, fire, and endless screaming as means to destroy spiders - although who am I to poke fun, since I resort to tears and begging him to man up as my own means to destroy spiders). All joking aside, hats off to Debbie & her team for tolerating my insufferable arachnophobic questions and concerns and truly providing a great service at an affordable cost AND doing business with the utmost integrity. read more

We had a pretty severe Black Widow Spider infestation. I called Debbie based on the 5 star Yelp reviews. She scheduled Ben to come out immediately (within 2 days) and spray. Ben is very professional, warm, thorough, and an excellent communicator. He explained to us that Black Widows are very common in Southern Oregon from April through November. He showed my husband the black eggs that proliferated throughout our screened in porch and around the perimeter of our house and patio furniture. He explained what we could expect in terms of the behavior of the spiders during the next few days after spraying and to text him if we had any problems. I am not a fan of Black Widows so I decided to sign up for monthly spraying during the spring, summer and early fall. The price is right for safety and peace of mind. read more

This company was extremely easy to deal with, very friendly and professional. My daughter lives in an apartment on the 2nd floor and for 2+ months has been living with an ant problem. The property management company that acts as the landlord hasn't been the easiest to deal with; they contracted with another pest control company, initially but he put traps in her apartment and that caused her additional anxiety. He had to go out about 8 times, so when I called him last week when she had another breakout, he said he wasn't making any money on this now as he had to go out so many times! So, I decided to pursue finding a resolution on my own and called Just Bugs. Benjamin came out and he was a huge and welcome improvement over the other pest control technician. He explained how traps are supposed to be used and that they should never have been put in her apartment. He sprayed, the entire apartment and explained that he felt really comfortable with his product and that he believed the problem would be resolved to our satisfaction. He also sprayed outside and then asked me to walk around with him. He pointed out the ant infestations outside in the planters and along the fences. He sprayed the areas. I mentioned that the other company indicated they'd sprayed and Benjamin indicated that if they had, those areas wouldn't be infested as they were. There is a tree planted outside of the first floor apartment and it's very tall and had several branches that according to Benjamin were the ant high speed highway to get to our daughters balcony and suggested I cut those off. He was so very helpful and so far the ants are significantly less and those that did manage to get in have died or are sick and dying. So, at this point, we are very happy. This company came over to rescue us of flees that a stray cat left behind after it sneaked into our home when we were trying to let some fresh air in and left the front door open. Just bugs sprayed every room, the front porch, and the yard. I am pleased to say we are flee FREE and it has been 2 months now.
