I have been to a lot of laundromats in my lifetime and this is by far the best laundromat that I have ever been to. It is a nice clean facility. Newer machines and tables. Free coffee and a very nice attendant who came out and helped me in with my stuff. I went on a late Monday morning. Reasonable prices if you want to get a lot done. Free WIFI too. If I could give zero stars I would. I have a $700 Pure Down King sized comforter. I take it to the dry cleaner because it is a DRY CLEAN ONLY item. I'm looked at sideways like I am a dumb ass because the guy at the front desk thinks that I should wash it myself at home. Last time I took it to him he returned it and there were a a couple wet spots...whatever. This time I take it to him and he tells me to put it in the washer for him and then rolled his eyes and said he would do it for me. He WADED it up, not FOLDED it...inside a plastic bag and charged me $16.50 after it was done. I then handed him a pair of Nike sweat pants because there is a stain on them i've tried over 5 times to get out and I cannot seem to get it out with anything on the market. He proceeds to say, "you want me to dry clean those"? I replied saying, "if you have any special trick to get this stain out, yes." He then tells me that he has something for me and wants to show me a trick. He hands me GREAT VALUE stain remover and told me to spray it, rub it together and run it under hot water. He clearly thinks i'm an incompetent young spoiled kid that doesn't want to do his own laundry when I am in fact a 27 year old man that works 3 jobs and doesn't have a big enough machine to wash my comforter at home. Unreal. I take it to the dry cleaner so it doesn't get ruined and I / given a SOAKING wet $700 comforter that I now have to wait days to get done somewhere else. I'm so kind to him when I go in. I ask him how his day is, how he is feeling...and this is how i'm treated as a kind, paying customer? I want a new comforter. read more

This was my first time using their laundry services. This laundry facility was a pleasant experience. I chose to drop off my clothes and pick them up. Both employees Rachel and Tina took very good care of all my garments, folded cleaned and organized them all nicely. They also found a valuable item that I didn't know I had lost and let me know. Tina even helped me load my clean clothes in my car. The facility was clean and well lit in the evening. Machines were nice and establishment was clean. Staff was not very professional. They talked negatively about my children and I to another customer when we were still there. Which they did not realize. They also used quite a bit of foul language when many children were present. read more

This laundromat puts the others to shame. This is not your typical, dark, dingy, dirty laundromat. There is always an attendant on duty to help if something goes wrong. In fact the attendant on duty when I arrived was friendly and assisted me in carrying in my laundry. They have at least 4 extra large machines that can handle 8 normal loads. They have at least 8 large machines that can handle 3-4 normal loads. Plus there are 16+ normal capacity washers. They have lots have typical size laundromat dryers plus a lot of large capacity dryers. Several hanging racks, folding tables, laundry carts and stools at the folding tables for your comfort. They have drop off laundry service too. Change machines that can handle several denominations of bills. They have laundry essential vending machine, plus a drink and snack vending machines. Laundry is never fun, but this laundromat is bright, extremely clean and actually nice to be in. The owner is very nice and customer service oriented. She even helped me carry my laundry out to my car. When's the last time you went to a laundromat where the staff and owner were friendly, helpful and customer centric? read more
