They do nice job cleaning. The main reason I recommend them is that when I'm alone with the baby in his carseat, I don't have to get him out. They will get the dry cleaning and/or bring it to me. I do not recommend having a formal dress cleaned at Eagle Dry Cleaners. They tore and smashed some of the lace trim around the neckline. And they didn't mention it when I picked up the dress. I have been using this service since feb 2021. Since the owner and manager (Victor Patel) started coming to the store and handling customers directly, it's been such a horrible experience overall. The manager is not only rude but also charges way higher than the listed price in the store. These kind of stores should be closed as when you enquire about being charged with prices way higher than the listed prices, the owner gets super offended and treats customers with arrogance. I went to drop a gown today which had no embellishments And the owner priced it for a wedding gown. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and cannot be tolerated at any instances. I dropped off a table runner last week to be cleaned. I specifically asked the employee if the material would go through the cleaning process okay. I was told yes, no problem and charged $18.99. When I picked it up a couple days later (12/30/23), I noticed that it was missing one tassel and the other three were ruined. I asked the employee to have the owner/manager call me. I never received a call. I went in today (1/2/23) to speak with the owner. I asked why I was overcharged for a table runner (they charged me for a larger tablecloth) and did not receive an answer. I asked for my money back, which took several minutes to convince him to do so. Because my table runner was ruined, I also asked to be compensated $30 to replace it. He said no and added that he would charge the employee for the mistake. I asked him NOT to do this as I felt it was his error as it passed through the employee and whoever ran the dry cleaning machine - lack of training from the owner. How awful of him to suggest this. Not only will I never return, I will not recommend them to anyone else either. Being dismissive to a female client and unfair to your female employee is a poor way to run your business. read more

Eagle Dry Cleaners did an amazing job cleaning my wedding dress! Due to dragging on the ground and the rain, I had many stains at the bottom of the dress. I had taken the dress previously to a different dry cleaner in town and they were unable to get all of the stains out of my dress. I decided to then take the dress to Eagle Dry Cleaners in an effort to get all of the stains removed. They had no trouble at all getting the stains out, it looks just like a new dress!
