She was patient, friendly, informative and helpful. When I finally purchased the car, she made the process seamless for me and it was super simple! I was pleased with the rate I was given since I was going from a small sedan to a SUV, and was expecting a greater rate increase. (NOTE: I do have a perfect driving record and strong credit) I had an extremely bad experience with my homeowners insurance claims adjuster the last time I had a claim. His treatment of me was profanely discriminatory and extremely racist, and though I had to subject myself to this disparate treatment in the moment, I knew that after ample time, I was going to drop my home insurance company and check out State Farm. It has been a number of years since that small claim and so I felt confident I wouldn't get higher rates quoted to me because of that claim- a decent amount of time has passed. Because I had such a pleasant experience with Ines, I knew I could contact her to get a quote for my homeowners insurance. I reached out to her by email, just to get the ball rolling since my annually paid homeowners insurance would be up for renewal in October. I sent a copy of my current policy declaration so she could see what I was looking for to be covered in my quote from State Farm. Ines was so kind and quickly sent me a quote and we set up a time to discuss by phone. She went over the quote line by line, so that I would understand that I was getting the same coverage that was in my current policy. In many cases I was getting even more coverage than my current policy and when she told me my annual premium, it was substantially less than my current racist insurance provider! I also have a life insurance policy with the racist provider, which I took out in exchange for a lower bundled insurance rate on my home insurance. I asked Ines for quotes on a comparable policy because I plan to cancel everything with the racist insurance company so they will no longer get a dime of my hard earned money. Ines quickly provided me a quote for the life insurance and so because of her, I am switching BOTH my home and life insurance to State Farm. Ines has been a joy to work with and I look forward to my continued relationship with State Farm!

When I have had to make a claim, they helped me through the process and stayed in close contact until everything was resolved. I have called the office on several occasions just with questions and have always been met with pleasant, helpful, courteous , knowledgeable, voices, be it Jim Donahue or one of the others on his staff. Even though I'm pretty sure I'll never switch companies because I trust these folks so much, I have checked rates of other companies. Several of them. And time and agin I've been told my coverages and rates cannot be beat. I am very happy with these folks!

Rose is great about getting me the COIs needed for my photography events which different venues require. There was a short period of time (maybe a month or two) where they were apologetically short staffed and training new people at which point they asked me to give them slightly more advanced notice for COI documents. This was not a big deal I just had to plan ahead a bit more than usual. But I have noticed since then they are extremely fast at getting me documents ASAP and very responsive as they always have been. Would recommend!

That was it. He then let me know that he was canceling my policy as per my request and within a week I received a check. I would recommend Dave to anyone seeking professionalism from their insurance agents. Note: If you cancel your policy just a few days prior to a payment being drafted from your account, that amount will still be drafted by State Farm then returned to you by check. Just a heads up.

I had a face to face meeting with one of his staff members during which he promised to review my coverages as well as to research answers to questions I had. He NEVER got back to me with any of the answers I needed, despite numerous attempts to contact him. The final straw was that State Farm's premiums kept rising by 10% to 30% with each renewal, which was not justified considering the lack of service from Adam's office.
