After the carpet removal I discovered numerous saggy areas in the subfloor (Lennar and their subcontractors used low quality subfloor wood) that Dolphin's crew was not capable of fixing. I halted the job and got in contact with Yunior, who came over to give an estimate and I hired him. Yunior and his assistant were on time and replaced about a dozen subfloor panels in a single day!
