The staff seem knowledgeable atleast the ones I've worked with. It's true you can save big money at Menards, but I will say to be thorough with mailing in the rebates or else you aren't getting your full value. Forgetting to mail in your rebates is like having a giftcard lost in a drawers somewhere... the company holds onto it.

Once I discovered this place, on a weekly basis I think to myself "what can I rent from these guys…read moretoday?" They make the tough jobs very easy for me. Ive rented several things from them on many occasions and every time they had a tool for the job. Most recently I wanted to do a pig roast and I stop by and ask them if they had a pig spit i could rent...fully expecting them to look at my strangely and send me on my way. Sure enough they had one and it worked great. The staff here is also phenomenal...the manager here is extremely professional and knows his stuff. This may seem like a small thing but not for me...they get you in and out quickly. There is no dilly dallying around - its all business and I am in and out of there. They even save a credit card on file for you so its even more seamless. Next time you have a project come by general rent-all in massilon and ask them if they can help you...because they usually can.
