I spoke with Allen who was very friendly and professional. I had a pleasant conversation with him. I explained what was going on and he had Brianna call me to go over everything. Brianna was very thorough and professional. She quoted me a price to repair my roof and she sent Josh out to my house this past Saturday. When he arrived he took time to answer all my questions (and I had a few). He checked my roof and my attic. He found the problem within a few minutes of arriving. Apparently, one staple popped up and as a result my roof was leaking. He pulled the staple out and sealed the holes. I was very pleased with the professionalism shown by the staff. When the repair took less than estimated, Allen immediately refunded me the difference. There was zero hassle. I really appreciate a stress free, proper repair. I am so happy I used R&J. We were worried about coordinating between them, a carpenter, plumber and painter. When Butch came, our worries were over. He told us that they would take care of everything, and they did. Memorial Day was coming up and we had family coming in but Butch assured us that it would be ready when they arrived. True to his word, it was ready for our company. Once the repair was finished, we were unable to tell that we had ever had a leak. I only have high praise for the crew that did the work. They did an excellent job of the repair including matching the paint which was a custom color and of making sure everything was as good as the original. I also have high praise for the crew that did the cleanup after construction. Everything (decorations, lamps and accessories) were cleaned and placed back in the position that we had them. The quotes we were given were fair and easy to understand. The total for the repairs were actually less than we had expected. We were totally satisfied with the cost and the work performed. Butch and Liz were excellent and a pleasure to work with. Both were very helpful throughout our repair. We are very glad that we chose Pro Environmental for our repairs. They also offered a competitive quote with the others I received but their quote was the only one that included copper flashing, lead boots, and Ice and Water shield to cover the entire roof. My house also has an odd roof design that does not allow for ridge vent to be used across the entire roof. They worked with me to install a ridge vent where possible along with a combination of box vents and solar powered vents where a ridge vent wouldn't work. The overall quality of the job was excellent and I would definitely plan to use them again but fortunately for me that shouldn't be for at least another 20-30 years from now.
