I reached out to them on a Saturday, they put me on the schedule the following Monday. I texted pictures of all the items to be removed, got a quote back within an hour. These guys came right on time, were super friendly, got everything out quickly. Very good with my cats. They were able to add an item I forgot to include, very reasonable price increase for that item. I'll be using these guys for any future junk removing needs. read more

Pricing was very reasonable. Turn around time was quick. I had described the pieces that I wanted removed (total of 6 - which included a hottub). The weather was cold and windy. They only took 4 of the 6 items, spoke to them, and the quickly were back out for the items. Would recommend to others read more

We had V&J out today for household trash haul away, they were easy to book with and great at communicating their arrival ETA. We had household items, furniture and yard items & debris in piles all over the house. We ended up filling the whole truck, they did a great job and were quick and friendly! Will definitely be using them again for more trash removal. It's worth every penny having the labor included to load their truck vs just getting a dumpster and having it all quickly removed! read more

Called V & J about having 4 patio chairs, small patio table and the frame from a canopy that got annihilated in the tornado. Some other small things. Called on the 3rd. Victor answered the phone. Told him what I needed. Says "did you want to wait until after the 4th? We're working tomorrow". I said OK. Told him what I had. He gave me an estimate right over the phone. Very reasonable. This was a bit problematic as my son needed to be out of his place by a specific date. Tim worked with my son and his Landlord to develop a plan where my son could relocate the stuff from the home to the landlords location. Tim then coordinated with the landlord to pick up the stuff at the landlords place while my son was out of state visiting friends. All this at a very reasonable cost. Tim was instrumental in helping with the coordination between me, my son and the landlord. Tim provided what I call the 'Effortless Customer Experience'. Not customer service full of 'unicorns and rainbows' that we soon forget But rather, he made solving my problem 'Effortless' which is the type of customer service I remember.
