The staff was polite, and I was asked if I had an appointment. I said no, thinking it might just mean a longer wait time for same-day service. Instead, I was told they could make me an appointment and that they generally require about two weeks' notice. There was no offer to work me in that day or even let me know if there was a possible wait. At places like Walmart, they'll at least tell you it may be a couple of hours before they can fit you in, but here, it was basically no appointment, no service. I understand and respect businesses that work by appointment, but that should be clearly communicated to customers upfront. If you are truly appointment-only, that needs to be advertised so people don't waste their time driving there expecting basic same-day services like an oil change. I don't think this is an unreasonable request as a business practice.

I went to pick up my vehicle and they told me they had done investigative work on it to determine the trouble but when I got there, the console was in the same order as it was Saturday. It was very obvious that NO work whatsoever was done. I ended up having to pay $164.00 because they told false information. Hope this helps someone else from getting ripped off.
